I'm surely not an expert or coach, but it seems that when Plant is throwing 40 yards down field on every play, the Eagles would have all defensive backs and linebackers down field covering the bombs being thrown.  ???

Making the comment in JEST…Considering what LCM had the past several years with BOJO ball, at least CROUCH has been able to bring the kids back to play.  When BOJO coach first got the job, CROUCH was in the running then, against numerous Bear fan wishes, the administration thought it was a good idea to go after someone with Jr. High experience instead of someone that had High School experience.  To top that after several seasons of loosing at LCM the great minds at LCM decided to re-up BOJO coaches’ contract.  SO with you being a Brenham Fan, I’m sure you think a lot of Coach WEST, same as what we think about CROUCH here at LCM.  Again, making the comment in JEST, Crouch is worth 28 points alone.  Oh, last thing 12 points, GOOD FOR BRENHAM…just shows they have a good defensive team again this years. [/quote]no way LCM is gonna put up 46 on Lumbertons D! they will no doubt put some up and it will be a good game, but 46....it is a nice thought!    Lumberton 28   LCM 21 [/quote] Just a prediction...they might not get 46 points, I've seen LCM play and it’s very possible, they have been able to move the ball at will.  The question is can the defense hold.  I do know that LCM does have some very talented athlete on the offense that can play defense, thus far they have seen limited action if any. I would not be surprised that due to district coming up, those offensive players will be on the defense as well.  #50 H. Reed is great athlete and is very capable of filling in. As like T. Jones, Sonnier, Burleigh and others, they all can see two way action during district.  Not to say that Gonzo will play any defense, that kid can play both ways, he is a very talented athlete.

the bears were inside the 5 yard line twice at the end of the game and crouch called the dogs off both times to keep from running up the score, very easily could have been 60 points

Went to first two games, LCM offense is very explosive, passing and running game is in sync.   Question for LCM2007MS is  #50 H. Reed playing both ways or just the offensive line.
