Id have to say Gabriel Mattox of Kountze... She played to years at UT and when the coach that recruited her retired she went to Texas State and is now in her senior year there.

Ive seen them play Kountze twice and ive seen Woodville play Kountze... I just think Woodville has the better athletes... But woodville has to be consistant. It will be a close game  but i just give the edge to woodville...

First of all I was watching very closely when the double tech was called, what happend was after the foul was called devin brey went to the free throw line bent over to catch his breath # 33 walked by running his mouth just like he did from the moment he got into the game,  I could see devins mouth , it did NOT open but the ref i guess the ref assumed that devin said something but he didnt...and the only reason #33 does what he does is because he is 6'5 lol not trying to rip the guy but if someone is gonna talk him up and he is gonna run his mouth than he needs to back it up. And as far as the dunk that EC had thats all kool but they were down by 25 so doesnt really matter. EC has no guard play, that really hurts them.

Honestly the only thing standing in our way of austin is New Waverly... but after this year it will prolly be two years before Kountze makes a big run at the title again.

I saw this coming... Kountze girls will be in a drought for a while :-\

lol yea why are they even in the top 25??

I know it was just freshman he was playin against but hee looked really good.. had a really nice behind the back assist.. he is a good pull up shooter from three point range and could contribute some good play from the bench for varsity.

Also freshman guard jamaston powell is back... he played on the freshman team against EC but i look for this guy to make it to varsity before the playoffs start... It would be nice if he got on the starting 5 at PG that way Zey mcdaniel could move over to SG or SF... he is doin good at PG but he is really having to play out of position.

yea I hear that Kountze team is pretty bad this year, I dont HJ is much better since they only won by 3 both times ;D
