A 10 year home district win streak is pretty impressive nonetheless.

I’d say Buna. Buna vs Kountze used to be some great games. I know at one point Kountze had a home district win streak from a loss to Buna in 2000 to 2010 when the streak was ended by Anahuac.

Fulshear beats College Station 3-0 to head the 5A State Semi Finals a year after winning state in 4A! Solid program going for that school

Yeah I miss the old days. My high school years 03,04,05,06 were some of the best high school basketball I ever watched in Kountze. Gyms at capacity... I can’t remember what year but I remember watching Ozen play at Kountze when they had Perkins. Think I was in 7th or 8th grade

Kountze is down. They have a good freshman I believe. I think when the current 8th grade group reaches their sophomore season they will be contenders again.
