Silsbee defeated Shepherd tonight 69-47. Silsbee played a very tough defensive game to eventually run down the pirate players. Shepherd at one point pulled to within 11 but could not keep up with the running tigers the entire game and just ran out of gas. The Pirates played without their leading scorer due to grades. Good job Silsbee and good luck in district.

Shepherd defeats Tarkington 71-51 to go 14-7. Sloppy game for both teams though. Tarkington is scrappy, just not many quality scorers. Shepherds big man was too much inside.

Shepherd defeated the Splendora Wildcats tonight 69-57 to go 13-7 on the year. They play in Tarkington on Friday before opening district play on the following friday hosting the #2 ranked Silsbee Tigers.

Shepherd won on Thursday to bring their record to 12-7. Play at Splendora on Tuesday and Tarkington on Friday.
