Ryan, there are 2, 8 team brackets (American and National). The winner of each bracket plays at 7:00 Sat. night for the State Championship. If we win tonight (6:30), we will play at 10:00 tomorrow morning for our bracket championship (win that, we are in the championship game). The 2 teams we played were Corpus Christi and Edgewood (San Antonio). I believe we will play the Corpus team again.

ABA, thank you for your comments. You guys have knocked our team out the last 2 years, it sure felt good to get by you guys. You guys always lace 'em up and play hard. I believe Groves were the only team to take us to 6. It is always fun to play you guys. As I have told Brian, you guys are class all the way. I/we (Orange OYBS) have nothing but respect for you guys. Shepinto, you forgot to mention that we asked to to have our water cooler filled before the game (it was bone dry). Finally in about the 3rd, one of our fans had to do it. Thanks Brandon. As for our "select team". I feel proud that is what they think. It reassures us that we have done our job. I truly believe that we got the 12 best from our league. Brent, great job with your team. Man, this strikes a nerve. Do you realize how much it has rained in the last week? Orange got over 5" last friday alone and it has rained everyday since. To get the games in that we did is a blessing. I have a ton of hours in on that field and I don't have even half of the hours as td and a couple of others. He has literally been at that field with a rake, a bag of high dry, or a sqeegy (sp??) in his hand from 8:00 till game time. Why does it "Make ya go Hmmmm!"? Are you suggesting we have an ulterior motive?

You guys are preaching to the choir. "Stacked" is not who you think he is. Actually, he doesn't even have a kid in this leauge. What should really happen is this guy come out and issue an appology and explain why he did all of this.

This might get interesting. Not sure you will get much feedback here, but I will put my 2 cents in: First, I realize that it is not against leauge rules to request a choach in that division, but you will always have this argument every year (you/whoever is winning has a "stacked" team). The only way to avoid it will be to have a draft or draw out of a hat. Second, the kids should not pay the price, period, end of story. The kids had NOTHING to do with forming the teams. Bottom line, let the kids play.

Have you seen LC-M play this year? BC will be fine.

If you go back and read all of his post, most (8 out of 11) bash LC-M. Just ignore him and maybe he will go back to the football forum. Also, I think that is the first time I have ever seen someone change their prediction after the game (WOW). Just curious Mustang Blue, why did you do that?
