In Junior, we are still missing: Lum White vs Lum Red WOS Blue vs Ned Black LCM vs PNG White But this may be the one week we have to wait until Tuesday when they actually post them officially.

Jr: Vidor White : 46 PNG Grey : 12 Congrats to PNG on a 99 yard TD pass play. We have plenty that we still need to work on. Please someone give us some more Jr Scores>>>>>

It was the best offensive high school football game that I have ever seen. I can understand why people are crying because we were just so close...A lot of calls can go either way...The clock guy was horrible (worst I have ever seen) but it ended up helping us not hurting us. The fumble out of bounds in the 2nd OT was a very close call. And of course the last play. But really, hats of to both teams. I say congrats to Soulja and Central (the boys and the fans). Vidor has no reason to hang their heads. If they play 80% that good from here on out, they should easily make the playoffs. Tough loss for the Vidor. Iconic win for Central. No Excuses...we lost 57-56 (can you believe those two numbers).

Only been to Vidor (this year) out of these three. Both Vidor fields have bleachers, but the South field has much more space than the North field. You could bring a chair, but I think you will not need to use it.

As I understand...all games against Bmt Jr Team (both past games and future games) have been set to the score of 1-0 (I thought 2-0 would have been more approapriate). I am not on any board, but as I understand it that is what has been done to avoid this merge affecting the playoffs like Bridge City's merge affected the playoffs last year.

Yes. I believe they only had 13 maybe 14 this week. When you throw in the normal number of "shake-ups" (fortunately, I did not see any serious injuries for them during the game) they were very near 11 for some of the game. But the Bmt boys played hard all the way to the end. They never quit playing or coaching. And they have some very dangerous weapons. Their QB is really something to watch and the WR caught the ball. They must have completed 10 pass plays and several for more than 20 yards in the air. I know that everyone hates missing games. I was sure hoping they would make it through Saturday so we did not have to sit out a week. However, I also really hope that the Bmt boys can keep having a good experience in what is for many of them their first LL football experience. So I understand why this happened.

You may be right but we were told differently, although maybe in error. I hope others are not also confused, but I have heard over 125 you play SRs from more than just one or two people. Like I said before, my boy made weight last year and again this year, so it turned out to not be an issue. I don't know yet about next year. I am not griping or complaining about the weight rules either. It is a hard thing to balance the best interests of everyone is such a differse league. If I felt strongly about it, I would try to join the board and change it. Instead, I am just greatful to all of those who do spend the time and effort to make these leagues happen. And I am glad that we have not had to play up yet.

I believe you are wrong. My 8 yr old was told if he did not make the 125 weight that he would be forced to play Sr. I double checked the rules and they were correct. That was last year. Lucky for him, he made it (barely) and he was an above average (not dominant) lineman in PeeWee. He would have gotten killed in Sr as an 8 yr old.

What about the JR WOS White vs LUM Red? I think that is the only Jr score that we are missing.

Vidor JR White beat Bmt JR Gold. Bmt Gold can really throw and catch

Lumberton Jr. White is the number 1 seed. ??? ???. Wos Jr. White was the under dogs coming into the season. ;) I watched Lumberton White last weekend agianst BC......Lumberton has speed and those boys can hit and hit hard. Actually on both sides of that game was some hard hits....... Have u seen Wos Jr. White play yet? ??? ???. ;D ;D. So telling me more speed than Wos Jr. White? That's why Wos Jr. White is the under dogs. :-X :-X :-X WOS has a reputation of hard hits and speed.....trust me, our peewee team plays WOS this sat. and we are preparing for a hard hitting game. I have nothing but respect for WOS talent. The coach for WOS peewee is a stand up guy as well. Also, I was not comparing who was faster, just making a statement about L-whites speed and hits aginast BC. We will know Saturday the outcome of that game...... Question ask about the Jrs not Peewee I know.....what I was saying, 1. WOS all teams has reputation of speed and hard hitting. 2. Lumberton Jr. white agianst BC jr.......hard hitting game and I witnessed lots of speed on Lumberton White. 3. Was just bringing up the WOS reputation issues is in peewee as well as any class. That is why I have them #1 and #2. They are both very good teams (as well as others in the Division). But don't try to be the underdog WOS 98--I am not buying it.

I wouldn't be able to follow orders either! Just wanted to check since (like I already said) I heard the same thing from two parents. Thanks for responding. I was at two of the games on Sat in Vidor and there was much cheering for both teams (fans are generally seperated on the South field by stands being on both sides of the field). I am not aware of any problems, except the referee in one game kept getting mad at the person running the clock getting distracted. (Sorry to anyone who was also bothered). I was not doing it on purpose.

after just now hearing the weather: I can 99% guarantee there will be no football this weekend. Of course, we do live in Southeast Texas so anything could happen. We played a lot of wet football in Vidor today....I guess we fell in the 1%... ;)

Vidor Jr White 8 -- Lumerton Jr Red 0 This was a very physical, hard-hitting, defensive struggle. The ball was wet and there were lots of turnovers but otherwise I cannot see how both sets of coaches could not be super pleased with the boys and their efforts. Vidor scored the only TD with less than 20 seconds remaining in the game. It is unfortunate that both teams could not be credited with a W. LCM Jr 12 -- Vidor Black 0

What age groups do you play there at the Salvation Army field. I am not trash-talking. I have always wanted to have other teams to scrimmage/play in off-weeks. TIA for the info.
