    Might need to get the tiebreakers out...this district on paper is actually deeper than I thought...the two Baytown schools won't be pushovers with all that they bring back....I think New Caney will be a thorn in the side of someone as well...fun district

    The 2026 summer edition of DCTF went to press as scheduled on Friday We will reveal the cover of the magazine at Noon on Monday June 1 on Texas Football Today Magazines should be mailed out to subscribers mid-late June Magazines should start showing up in stores late June/early July!

    They did have a lot of young guys playing...and did well... To be fair just about everyone was missing a few key guys due to regional track and baseball...regional track got moved back this year a week and I think Waggoner realized pretty quick next year he should move his tournament back a week also

    I get it....High Island is really on an island for a school that size...the travel is insane....it might just be better for their budget to play small charters etc in the Houston area

    Brock has to be the model for this and I believe they started with 7th grade..added on year by year...year 4 I think they played an outlaw varsity schedule vs private schools and really small 2A's then year 5 join a district
