Did WOS go for 2??

WOS 12 BC 00 Nearing the end of the 2nd Quarter......didn't get the report whether WOS kicked the field goal or not. I would assume they did make it so it should be 13-00 WOS. John Dishon is down, but haven't got the report how hurt he is. Hope that kid is okay. He has a bright future in baseball awaiting him.

I would have figured they would be beating BC pretty handily by now

I am a die hard BC fan but we have to be realistic about this game. BC cannot shut down the run. Silsbee and Kville? If this BC team had a solid in your face defense then this would be a real game. Bridge City just flat doesn't have the personel to win this. It would be a HUGE and I mean HUGE upset. The stangs have consisently been crushing folks all year. Now they do have their nutcases posters like TAM and a few select others, but besides them most folks are pretty rational. I think BC gets beat by about 4 touchdowns. I know the redbirds will play as hard as they can and won't give up. WOS just has too many weapons.

The situation is a long shot for Bridge City to get in. However, I do think HF has a legitimate shot at beating Kirbyville. Bridge City cannot stop the run so unless they do that they have no hope of beating WOS.

I have to go with the upset on this one also. I think HF takes this game.

The Bridge City offense should do okay, but I think WOS has FAR too many weapons for our defense. Bridge City will play hard but I don't see us toppling WOS. WOS by at least 28 points

I actually think Bridge City will have a better overall team next year. The JV is rocking and those kids will only get bigger in a year. Dishon will be sorely missed but I think BC will be in good shape for about the next couple of years. I really didn't think BC would do as well as they have this year so my hat is off to them.

Good win for the Cardinals.........I am rather proud of this Cardinal team. They really are in a rebuilding year and still are 6-3 on the year. They won't be making the playoffs, but they sure have put forth a lot of effort this year.
