I would say Central. I think we'll be much improved with 9 returning starters, but will have to see after week 1.

I think Ozen will be much improved and will suprise alot of teams.

Jags have gone back to their offense they ran in 07 and should be airing it out more! U know folk complained last season, even w/ us going 4 rounds deep, that the Jags didn't air it out enuff! They've always dun 7on7 b/c it gives them a chance to get better at what the need to get better at...slanging the rock! Ooh lawd! > > :-X :-X Whats wrong Soul?? Don't like the airing it out?? Beard is a great talent and I hope they keep him of the defensive side of the ball this year. I was at the PNG game when he got hurt and that kid has more heart than I've seen from anyone in years. Would hate to see him get hurt again carrying the ball.

I honestly think its going to be a toss up this year. With all the coaching changes within the district its going to be after the 3rd. week of the season before we get a clear picture.

Get 'em LCM, who want to be a west texas copycat anyway. Just wondering though? What with their new coach coming from that area, should we start calling PNG, POJO or maybe Po-N-Go? ;D haha, POJO sounds great. Mayne they´ll have the same luck with it that we did ;D ;D We don't have to steal other schools traditions like LCM, we already have our own.

I for one have never said we can't be touched. Will we win district this year?? I'd be suprised if we did, but we'll be much improved. Central has athletes every year but do not always make the playoffs. I understand. That last statement is very true... After watching the Spring game we'll be ok on offense, but defense needs ALOT of work.

yeah but it doesn't hurt to run a 4.4, just ask the teams who make state year-in year-out. That's Vidor achilles heel every year practically Todd Dodge's SLC teams didn't have 4.4 sprinters on there team. How did they when so many State Championships? They were well coached with a great system.
