[/quote] Then you missed the catcher interference by Vidor's catcher with one of Nederland's biggest bats with 1 out and bases loaded that led to a rally killing double play....should have been batter awarded first, run scores, and all runners advance 1 base......but that's baseball...umpire is going to miss some and this particular plate umpire misses more than some but on both sides...he is a good guy who cares about the kids and the game but age has had an adverse effect on his ability to call....as far as fans go...I didn't hear any threats just typical comments about the plate umpire's calls.....the main complaint from last year was the inappropriateness of comments coming from the announcer not necessarily all Vidor fans.  It was a good game and Vidor won....[color=red][b]Still alot of district left to play.[/b][/color] [/quote] Sums it up.......

I'm thinking a little bit of everything.... Pitching, Bats are better, lighter, and with a bigger sweet spot.  I also think the number will decrease next year do to the bat ruling.
