Very good post. HF is really upon hard times football wise and maybe basketball wise. Waaaaaaaaaaay back there I played on a high school team that went 0 - 9 -1 my Sophomore year. Then we went 0 - 8 - 2 my Junior year. (Incidentally, we considered that a 50% inprovement. You know, 2 ties vs. 1 tie?) My Senior year we tied the first game against Cypress-Fairbanks, lost the second game to Sealy, and won the third game against Louise. The first win in over two years - there was JOY in mudville that night. Hang in there Longhorns - things will improve for you. Great post.....And Horns just remember Baseball is right around the corner and we know your a legit BBall team.....Chins up!!!!!!!

Have they upgraded the big speaker system on the field? Cause the last time I was there it sounded distorted maybe they had it turned up to loud?......Looking for a better game than most think....Silsbee throws alot BC has a good pass defense.....

I wouldn't be surprised to see WOS do that....they like to run up the score.....They will then have a district title in mind after they beat the last place team.....IMO I wouldn't run up the score just "win" and get your young players some experience.....
