Good post, good question.

This year BH has dominated just about every sport in this district - and no matter what anyone in 22-4A thinks - BH has an oustanding sports program. Now, with that said - I gotta go with my NC Eagles!

No one has come close to BH this year - they have the pitching, gloves, bats, and are well coached - they will be hard to beat. But, I have seen Dean pitch several times this year and the boy has defintely got some heat. There are usually 5 to 10 guns clocking him behind the plate. NC has been hitting the ball as well and really starting to gel as a team. If both teams play their game - this should be a fun one to watch. I'll take NC - 2-1.

Rayburn is a great lake - problem is that all looks so good its hard to pick the right spot - looks like you found um - good job!

Well, maybe but - 200 teams fishing Bass-N-Bucks open tourney last Sunday on Rayburn - only one team over 20 lbs. Winning weight was 23 lbs and 2nd was 18 lbs. Thats not that hot with that many teams - which included guides and pros. On the bright side we did catch alot of fish - but most in the 13-14" range. Best bite watermelon/red senkos, baby brush hogs, and carolina rigged french fries in 3' to 7'. Picked up one 5.2 lbs on buzzbait.

Yeah , but very familiar with the lake. Don't have to go to Caney, just figured less pressure than Five Fingers or Veach. I'm sure they will be on the beds (which is always alot of fun).

I saw the same thing when they played Eisenhower a few weeks ago. Every time he started his move you would see 8 or 10 radars go up behind the backstop. They clocked him in the 1st, 2nd and 4th - the boy has some heat!
