  10. Very good, young Coach who is a master motivator. Coach Pacuhca would be a excellent choice to replace Coach Bickham. I totally agree. Coach Pachuca really cares about the kids. He gives respect and gets alot in return. He is an awesome teacher, person and coach. He knows how to motivate the kids. They also know he means business. I think he would be a tremendous asset as AD because he cares about all the sports, because he cares about the kids. He wouldn't just focus on football only. As AD your responsibility is to all the sports, boys and girls alike, not just about the sports you coach. I wish Coach Bickham the best. He was a great football coach. Hopefully he can find success wherever he goes. I am sure his wife and kids will love the fact he can become more involved in their lives. Kids grow up to fast.
  11. They all did well and played hard. But I think you might remember Keeton Addison, Seth Williams, Tim Swinney, Matt and Hunter Manning just to name a few
  12. Deweyville is capable of winning if everyone on the team plays to their potential at the same time. At least you have your excuses already laid out if Buna happens to get beat.

  24. IMO Coach Bickham is a good football coach, but there is more to being an AD than coaching football. AD should equally support ALL sports, be it boys or girls. Some of the decisions that he has made makes me wonder how much he is concerned with other sports at our school. He should not only care about the sports but also about each athelte. Football is not the only sport. He cares more about winning than he does the kids. I also don't understand how come he wouldn't let the varsity football players donate blood when the school had their annual blood drive. No it wasn't on a game day either. If he is such a great AD how come he didn't bother to go to the hospital after the game that the freshman player got his leg broke in? He played him in most of the varsity scrimmage game, but yet he didn't care enough to go to Orange to the hospital. An AD should care about the kids not just the outcome of the game
  25. Right on B A N K Y!!! Z=TRAIN broke Mark Burks' school record for total yards for a single season in only 7 games. He would have had more yards but Coach Comeaux pulled him out for 2 quarters in 3 different games because we were already winning big. If Z-Train had played every game, the whole game, no telling how many more yards he would have. ended up with. Unlike some running backs, he played both sides of the ball, every game. He didn't get a chance to stand on the sidelines and rest. Of course He wouldn't have wanted any other way!
