Yea it should be a great game. Plus these two teams have history with each other dating back to 1978 when Lexington beat Franklin 14 to 13 in the state semi-finals. Both teams dont like each other but respect each others programs

I know this is not a local game in SETX but its a top 10 match up to start district play and it should be a good one.... Also it will be live streamed.

Franklin @ Hearne cancelled tomorrow COVID

Franklin plays rival Hearne this week.... If you go to the game you HAVE to wear a mask.... If you enter the game and then take your mask off you will be asked to put it back on or will be asked to leave by law enforcement... No standing along the fence line will be allowed... They will be patrolling to make sure guidelines are followed.... Game is in Hearne

Im hearing the only reason we ended getting rockdale was because Mexia canceled on them or we would still be in the three way scrimmage but now we dont have to travel plus we are getting a good team to scrimmage still

Franklin will no longer be in the malakoff and crockett scrimmage.... They will now host Rockdale thursday 5:30

Yeah some heavy hitters will be on the field thursday 3ad1 #4 Malakoff and a top 25 Crockett team plus 3ad2 #8 Franklin goin to be some big hits early on... Hempstead was supposed to scrimmage us in Franklin originally but from the start we have a tough schedule this year including scrimmages.... 4a drop down #16 Lorena week 1 then battle for HWY 79 against rival 2ad1 Hearne week 2 3ad1 #11 YOE week 3 then 3ad1 #9 Troy week 4 then we get the toughest 3ad2 district according to dave campbell with #11 lexington #14 rogers and #22 clifton

Another 3ad1 school that no one is talking about is Rockdale 3 year removed from a state championship and i was told as of today 4 players have D1 offers

Not sure what they bring back if they bring back a good line it could happen

2ad2 Bremond who is also top 10 and in marts district (mart will win state but if i pick a sleeper its bremond) 2ad1 Cisco Dropped down from 3ad2 3ad1 Troy (brings back almost everyone from a regional finalist team who lost to state champs grandview) 4ad2 not sure if i have a sleeper with carthage pg and wos manning the top 3 but if i had to pick one i guess i would go with navasota.... No one is talking about them but they have also dropped from 4ad1 and have the athletes just need to put them in the right spots but lets be real one of the big 3 will win... Ps dont forget about Cuero who bring 9/9 4ad1 Not La Vega not Calallen but Lampasses will win it all in 4ad1 imo with what they have coming back including the qb they could win it all 5ad2 - 6ad1 idk imma have to study up on this and get back with you...
