It doesn't matter - however, I am curious. I do have friends who live in Beaumont. I also like to be informed when speaking of other schools/school districts, rather than spreading hear-say. Pump the brakes a bit

I hear it's like the wild west figuring out which kids will attend what HS's I don't live in BMT, nor do I have children attending BISD schools. I'd actually like to hear some firsthand accounts of how kids from the Junior Highs know which High Schools they'll be attending.

Regardless of whether it's a current head coach or up-and-coming coordinator, having a plan/system/program in place is what's most important. There's a lot to be said about prior head coaching experience, but there's something to say about an enthusiastic, young coordinator who's hungry. Going to be interesting...

Never good for a football program when the AD is the Thump Thump coach. Nothing against Brian English, he's a quality guy.

I'd have to say it's the culture (Expectations/Discipline), consistency in leadership (Hooks, Thompson), the Community support and having quality athletes. Nice little formula

I hate that a local team lost, I really do. However, I said Temple or Manvel was going to give PAM fits. Congrats PAM on a good 2016 season.
