The rb can blaze, he finished third in regionals last year in the 100 yd dash, the quarterback is smart makes few mistakes(coaches son, which explains it) good receivers, if their defense keeps improving they will be in the hunt for the playoffs. Good sports as well, they all came by and talked to Villemez after the game. Classy..

No, that would be Shepherd, but I am not from either, just stating facts. I'm sorry to tell you even though Shepherd hasn't been very good, this last year was Tarkington's first win against us in 18 years. Yeah, Tarkington is the Laughing stock of the district for sure. Watch out for Shepherd vs Hardin this week, looks like a different team than from the years before. We are not overlooking Shepherd by any means. They have talented players..

Both teams are well coached. IMO I still believe this will be a close game...

Not even close to accurate. It was a head scratcher when Coach D ended the scrimmage. Nobody shuts it down like he did. It was half way over when he said we're done. It was a waste of a scrimmage and Hardin said not ever again with this guy. You have do get your work in during these scrimmages and this one was a waste of time.

I agree that 1 person does not make the team. But i know keith very well he is my nephew. And he does make up a major part of that team just like scotty (bul) did. And i believe him not playing for 4 weeks is going to hurt ya'll. I am not being rude just stating the facts. Have a good season Keith from buna or wack? No he is from HD.

That just doesn't generate a lot of state wide respect. Since I am getting to be an old man, let me give you a little fact about that year Hardin won the district title. You make a point they in Bi-District 54-0. That was Brookshire Royal who had a very good team. the other point and much more important, the Saturday after wrapping up the district, one of Hardin's best players Bill Van Dorn was tragically killed in a hunting accident and the team was in shock for days following that. Should have went with your gut feeling (not relevant at all)JMOP warren will most likly be last or next to last in district but they are 1-0 right know and to the kids they think anything is posible at this stage of the season. It's always a good feeling to be undefeated at any stage of the season. Good luck Warren except when you play Hardin ofcourse...

They have him focused on defense as much as offense this year. It takes a toll, he will make up for his loss of offensive productivity on defense. Remember he is being looked at on the defensive side and he did his jod. The hd kids can takle. Props to them as well.

Mitch didn't play the whole third qtr. do to cramping and couldn't play at 100% in the 4th, remember that was his first game as a running back ever, he wasn't conditioned enough. Let's do the judging after this game.
