Poor wording (somewhat) I really meant to say are other countries locking down society again? did other countries open up (lift restrictions)like USA did and then put restrictions back in place? well more people are being tested and therefore more positive results. But am I mistaken deaths have not changed/went down?

Just got back from Toledo Bend where my family participated in a parade. Side by sides, 4wheelers, golf carts decorated to the fullest. 1st time going and won’t be the last. Awesome to see everyone come together. what a great country we live in! Happy 4th to everyone!
