I never disagreed I just find it frustrating that a criminal can be set free or evidence with held based on technicalities. I don’t condone or agree with just randomly picking a person or house to search when there is no probable cause. I get all that But to think that a video that clearly shows a crime is committed and the criminal is easily identified couldn’t be used because an “i” wasn’t dotted or a “t” wasn’t crossed is very frustrating. Which sometimes lead to said criminal committing another heinous crime in which law abiding citizens pay the price. technicalities can free a criminal (especially indisputable evidence)is a hard concept to except.

If the the DA only goes for probation then DA needs to be replaced. DA needs to send a strong message to the unruly youth. This is not the same youth as the 80s 70s,60s etc etc and to me age doesn’t play on my heart strings.
