  1. Well, coop, the good thing is that we will meet up again!
  2. I stand corrected. I wondered about that when I posted it and only posted it because I thought I had previously read on wo-s.com that we had lost "two starters", but I did not want to take credit away from anyone. Thanks! This is a great group of kids/players.
  3. Definitely! It's nice to see. Honestly, I think that this team is one of the best especially with their depth and "will-to-win" attitudes.
  4. I think it'll be out of BC and OF.
  5. WO-S is losing quite a few seniors, besides Deon, I think that we are losing some good lineman. I look for the Mustangs to do pretty well this season too. We have some juniors who will provide good leadership on this team. I know we have some players going to A&M's junior day this weekend. We should be stronger and faster. We also have some awesome athletes coming in from all levels.
  6. Deon Beasley on offense. Earl Thomas on defense.  :ch
  7. Another reason I don't see the Lady Raiders going deep.
  8. Thanks Mustangs for making us proud to be MUSTANGS!
  9. Oh yeah, when looking at the rankings last week (or maybe this week), I was surprised to see the Lumberton girls ranked 6th. They have lost quite a few games this season. I see them making the playoffs, but not going deep.
  10. Trust me, WO-S is really beginning to gel as a team. They had no choice but to understand that one person is not the team, as we were actually without two of our starters. You would have been right on the money if your differential would have been +/- 9 points!!
  11. Our guys showed what they are made of last night. When you play teams like H-J, you tend to worry when your team is incomplete. I tell ya, if a stranger would have watched that game last night, they would never have known that two starters were not playing. They did lose a 20-point lead, but they came back and gave their all and got the WIN. They are improving each week and continue to gel as a team. I am excited about this team.
  12. Well, I believe that WO-S Mustangs and the Lady Mustangs will go deep this year. Both have their key players that have played well and who were expected to do well this year, but I have been most impressed that so many others on the team have stepped up and done awesome jobs when they were needed to do so. They have been aggressive and it just seems that every week, they get better and gel with one another as a team a little more each week. I think that the Mustangs came through an important few weeks without Richard and L.D. because they had players step into new roles that only prepares us more for the playoffs. 8)
  13. The future looks pretty good to me!
