Legacy wins it 10-4.  D. Faulk threw first three innings and T. Brimberry the last two.  13 K's between the two.  Only one of Centrals runs were earned.  Faulk 2 RBI double off left center wall, Rice 2 hits 3 runs scored.  Next game 5:00PM Thursday at Galveston O'Connell playing at Galveston Junior College Bernard Davis Field.

Mix up between Coach and umpires... Umps got there 40 minutes late so the coaches turned it into a scrimmage due to the fact that Legacy still has no lights at the facility.  Legacy REALLY needs to put up the lights that are laying in the empty field adjacent to the baseball field.  Warriors looked good despite a few bad breaks.  At Central Jags Monday night at 6PM.

We will be monitoring the weather this week and make a decision on this weekends tryouts late this week.  Monitor this website for any changes. Remember, weather permittng we will have 13 year old tryout at 10:00AM and 14/15 year old tryout at 12:30PM Saturday.  We will also have a tryout Sunday at 1:30PM for any 15 year old who has been unable to make a tryout due to high school tournament play. Nederland Babe Ruth League will be hosting an open tournament March 23/24, 2013.  This tournament will not be sanctioned by any state or national select/travel organization.  Any area team consisting of players 13-14 years of age are eligible to enter.  [u][i][b]All games will be played on a regulation sized (60/90) ball field[/b][/i][/u].  Entry fee is $250 per team and each team must carry its own team insurance policy and provide proof of such before allowed entry into tournament. As long as the field dries in time, tryouts are still scheduled for this Saturday.  13 year old division at 10:00 am and 14/15 year old division at 12:30 pm.  Monitor this thread or our website, [url=[Hidden Content]], in case its too wet for tryouts.

Any word on the 10U team?  Is there going to be a tryout or what?

My older son is playing on the 13u team with you.. new player... just wondering if yall will have a 10u as well.
