Anyone notice how the 1st weekend of gun season was warm and muggy? Forecast for this weekend is the same.  That figures doesn't it. Nice cool mornings during the week when I cant hunt then by the weekend it warms up!  We need to break that cycle!!!

Does anyone know if the game will be carried on radio. KOGT is carrying LCM-Vidor and BC-OF

I hunted yesterday afernoon, heard 2 deer come through some real thick stuff about 5:00 but never could see them it was so thick.  Then about 5:40 had a small deer maybe 60-70lbs slip out and start eating corn.  Was hoping to see something bigger before it was got too dark but that was it.  Buddy of mine saw a 4 and a 6 pt.

Wished I was out this morning! Will be this afternoon though.

I think a cow horn spike was the only thing killed at my club on Saturday.

Centrals QB is killing LCM. I bet he's accounted for over half there offense on scrambles.

Have a Fred Bear Vapor compound bow for sale, I think its a 2002 or 2003 model. Split limbs, whisker bisuit rest, Tropyt Ridge 5 pin fiber optic sight, 2 Limbsavers and a quiver.  The bow is adjustable from 60-70lbs and from 28-30" draw length.  Currently it is set at 65lbs and 29"DL.  Using Easton Flatliner carbon arrows I'm getting about 285-290FPS.  Great all round bow, not the fastest out there but defientely a solid bow especially for someone not wanting to spend alot of money or a backup for someone.  Asking $225.  I probably can even round up some carbon arrows and throw in the deal as well.  PM me for my contact info.

Will be close most of the way, but the Bears win 30-18.
