1. Listening to KOGT now.  Sounds like both teams are penalty happy.
2.
Anyone know why Beasley left the team? Tough deal not having him boot it through the end zone :(
Was Beasley the kicker at the beginning of the season?  I seen the LCM and PNG games and was very impressed with his kickoffs.  Would be interested in why he left as well.
3.
This is game will be, with apologies to Liberty, OF and Kirbyville on the Jasper side and LC-M, PN-G and Central on the WO-S side, by far the toughest test for both teams thus far this season.  I'll have to respectfully disagree with my friend ryker that the team and coaches are foolish enough as some fans are to look past Jasper.  Do I think WO-S will win? Yes.  Do I think some sort of blowout will occur? No.  It will be, as many Jasper/WO-S games have been, uncomfortably close for fans on both sides of the field.
This is about the most sensible thing anyone has said in this thread so far!
4. Stangs fumble at central goal line.  Too many penalities and turnovers, but a win is a win.
5. Central punts, Rhodes punt return to Central 32 yd line. 4 of Central 5 2nd half possessions have been 3 and out.
6. WOS takes 2nd half kickoff and drives 70 yards in 12 plays, Siemen TD, 14-0 WOS
7. Halftime 7-0 WO-S.  Central with a 2-1 time of possession advantage.
8. Over midway through 2nd qtr, Mustangs no 1st downs. Central fumbles, WO-S recovers at Central 32.
9. Wow! Some serious talking going on in this thread!!!  I realize football is important, but remember its just kids out there doing there best.  Whoever wins, whoever loses, it wont affect the district race for either.  it may however, make each team better prepared for district.  It will be a bruising, physical game.  Hopefully no one will get injured.  Both teams need everyone ready when they start there district games.  having said all that, i think whoever wins it will be by 10 or less points. Good luck to both schools.
10. Who is #9 for PNG?  he looks small but he is a shifty little runner.
11.

WOS didn't help there cause on PNG last drive. Unneccessary roughness and pass interference penalties hurt them.
marshman are you at the game?
Yes
12. Also surprised the chain gang isn't putting more pressure on PNG qb.  They gotten some but not much.
13. WOS didn't help there cause on PNG last drive. Unneccessary roughness and pass interference penalties hurt them.
