I will call her today. This is a chance for all former Mustangs to step up to the plate. I will find a way to get it done but it will be easier and faster with help. I'm sure it won't be free. Now, the biggest problem I have with this is that, if insurance money was paid to repair the sign then it should have been spent to repair the sign. Not spent ANYWHERE else. Also, wasn't there like 1.5 million dollars of that bond for updating and REPAIRS TO THE STADIUM? I would think that the sign in the stadium would fall under that. Sure is a lot of fishy crap going on... Whwn you start talking about this much money, things always start smellin fishy...no matter what the issue is..

Anyone know what time kickoff is for WOS-Royal? Seems like I read in the paper this week it was 7 then another day in a different paper it said 7:30.

No booster club??? WOW! I recently moved back to the area after nearly 20 years of being away and did not know this. Hard forme to believe, things sure have changed since I went to WOS.

WB would probably win, but it wouldn't be a blow out I think. WB pulls away a little in the 2nd half, but that Mustang pride makes it close at the end. Personally I like to see a repeat of what WOS87 stated! I was in the stands for that one and what a night it was!

Ch 6 weather update, NHC now predicting a 20ft surge in Sabine lake, Port Arthur and Bridge City areas. anyone staying below I-10 needs to leave! Not good. Good luck to all and God Bless.

Get out of low lying areas especially near the coast!!!!! Big Storm surge expected! Ch 6 said even lower Orange county around the Bridge City area could be significantly impacted.

Its been many, many years (too many than I care to mention) since I went to a high school scrimmage. Just curious whats the charge now a days to get in?

1985, WO-S vs French in Beaumont. Lots of rain that week which continued on Friday night. Field was very, very sloppy. But it was all worth it as WO-S won. 10-7 I think was the score. The win clinched the district title for WO-S which was the last year in 5A.

Well I am going to give it a try this year. There are some bow only areas in Newton and Jasper counties I am looking into.
