If I remember corectly the field was wet, the sprinklers "BROKE" in an attempt to slow the jasper offense down. So the only dry clothes the players had was thier street clothes..

You can blame coaches lack of execution bla bla.. Wos is not as good as previous years end of story..

if wos losses it wont be because the other team is better...

I don't agree with this statement anymore than I do Coops. I think it would make for one heck of a district race with all teams having a loss or two. Both teams have already lost to jasper, Carthage would beat at least one if not both, so yes the loser would be out and the winner would most likely finish 3rd with the winner of jasper - carthage finishing 1st.

I dont think wos would win in a rematch.. Jasper's district is much tougher.. The loser of tonights game between Wos and Silsbee would not make the playoffs in our district. And the winner would be the 3rd place team behind Carthage and Jasper..

Was it #9 if so I am going to change my pick from silsbee to wos...that would be a huge hit to the tigers...

A Jasper vs Silsbee rematch is much more likely since both will go Div. 1.

Ha ha. Brook beats Central ,who then beats Vidor, and they both get a higher ranking. Didn't WOS beat Kville? What is this? A joke? No disrespect, but Evadale over WOS? The brook doesnt get to play 4a. I didnt look at it head to head. notice Jasper (best in 3a) Newton (best in 2a) Evadale (best in 1a) kville will probably advance the furthest of the remaining teams..

agreed all that matters is how far you make the playoff run and only one team will be happy in the end.

We actually dropped from 15th after the close game with silsbee.

yep and kville was #3 in 2a..wish we would have played newton instead of HF.

what's wrong with those dont even say wos you lost to jasper, coldspring is solid and will suprise people in the playoffs, and if the silsbee coachs dont blow it silsbee should beat wos..

Jasper has already beat Wos, Silsbee, and HF. That's half the district, probably the top two teams and the bottom team. All we have left is BC, Orangefield, and HJ. Win 2 of those games and we are district champs should be an easy row to hoe.

Because Jasper kicked the snot out of Wos for 48 minutes. Silsbee fought like heck and could have won and probably deserved to win..but I will give Alvis credit, great composure the last minute and great catch..
