I am saying that even though Brock is a newbie, and I agree with the arguement that he did not deserve a shot even though he won it, that that man is a freak of nature. I mean seriously look at his attributes. Good height, but not so tall that he can't get on the ground and just lay on people like Sylvia did. Great speed for any size, the dude get a tryout with the Vikings and held his own according to someone that I read an interview with. Just too raw with not ever having played before. Strength matched by noone in the MMA world. I dare you to name one man that is as strong as he is in that class or any for that matter. Whether or not he was on illegal help! I mean they test all the fighters after the fights now in the UFC so obviously he is either clean or most likely masking it very well. But still a stinking beast on the strength column. Mean streak a mile long. World class wrestling skills, which will eventually help him transition into better submissions as time goes on. Dude is only 31, so in the UFC he is in the prime age of his career. Used tot he big show pressure from the rasslin days in the WWE. Not to mention one of the hottest wives on the planet!! Not that it makes a difference in the cage but still, SABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! Can take a punch. Was beating Mir, before he made a stupid mistake due to inexperience and got caught in the leg lock/knee bar. I am interested to see if Frank can beat Minotauro and get a second crack at Lesnar. Now if Mir wins again then maybe I will rethink my opinion of Lesnar currently but I still see him as having huge upside to his potential.

Okay, so is next weeks game in Deer Park or in Conroe? And who are we playing? Getting to drag the entire family to this one!!

Congrats to the Cleveland kids and the staff. Great season. But they showed what they can do with young kids and little experience so next year when those sophomores are juniors and the juniors are seniors I look for them to get at least to the fourth round. Heard it was a good game last night though.

Brock took it in two. Nails Randy with a huge elbow to stun the crud out of him and then it was those same brutal knees that killed Herring last fight. Dude is a freaking beast. I don't see anyone being able to outmuscle the guy. I seriously think that we could be seeing the Anderson Silva of the heavyweight division. Not skill wise obviously but as far as domination alone because of his potential.

Seriously, you need to take a laxative and relax. I live in Dayton, and I love the Broncos. I was not saying the Dayton kids or the staff took anyone lightly. I merely used that as an example of how a Liberty county team that had a lot of hype(and it was pretty well deserved) made a lot of noise and then they ran into the buzz saw that won the title. Don't get your shorts in a bunch trying to defend them. I did not put anyone down. Merely telling the Cleveland fans on here to show a little restraint and realize that the Cleveland Indians while a good team are about to start running into the teams in the area who will probably have as much talent, discipline and quite possibly better playoff history experience the last few years. Now if the win all the way to state then that will show just how really great they might be, but they played a team that they beat once and should have beaten again. It was not like they took on the number one team in the state and demolished them. Wonder how far the karma drops on this one.

Not trying to shoot down the enthusiasm for you Cleveland boys, but don't forget that the playoffs are where the good teams from the districts are at now, especially after the first round. I think that you boys are talented enough to win and go deep but you guys can't let down for a second. You guys should have beat HJ like you did last night but the next team is not someone who you should take lightly. Have confidence but don't start believing your press clippings too early, or you won't go as far as you think you will. Look at what happened to Dayton last year. First two rounds were blowouts and then came Lake Travis!! The teams that win state are the ones who not have talent and skilled players but also are very disciplined and make the fewest mistakes. With that being said, since you guys and Dayton are about the only teams in this area that I get to see I wish you guys good luck.

The hometown Broncos are going to take this one big!! They are on a total roll. I say that they win 38-7, not looking forward but who would the winner play next round?

Now I know next to nothing about Liberty school board politics. But please don't start all the bashing of a coach already. I remember last spring when this job came open and all the threads saying who should have got and such. Give the head coach a chance to implement his ideas during the off season and if next year they still lose a lot then maybe they should go get another coach.

They beat them down earlier in the year 26-0. I say that now that they are rolling they probably will win 34-7.

Cleveland starts off slow and then pours it on in the end to win 42-7.

Hacksaw and Macho Man came through the airport when my best friend was working at a car rental place in Lubbock and he talked with them that night. It was funny because at the time they were "fueding" on the story line but they actually were on the rental agreement as co-signers and told him they were staying in the same hotel room. The only way the starters play more than a quarter or two is if Stewart wants to get some of his players some milestone stats or something. He will call the dogs off in the second half for sure. I say it will be 49-0. Will Dayton get a chance to play Friendswood in the playoffs? Would be great if they can avenge that loss.

Pretty much like I expected. A slow close start at first and then Cleveland turned it up a notch in the second half. The finish with Spledora and will end up with HJ in the first round. So they will at least make a second round appearance because I don't think that HJ will avenge the early loss. Coldspring had a great season and unfortunately will be out early against WOS. But I am wondering where are the Coldspring supporters who now have to eat crow?

Honestly, even though Texas high school football is awesome. I love cold weather so I might go to Pennsylvania or Ohio and start rooting on some of the northern schools. Those states also have some great history behind their teams as well. But I like where I am at just fine!!!

For that matter, why can't they put more of the smaller schools games in there as well. I know that one week I see some #A and 2A scores in there and then the next week there are hardly any at all.

I think that Cleveland wins this one but it will be closer than anyone expects. But I agree tha WOS will be able to deal a loss to either one of these teams.
