cayuga is pretty good with the returning juniors Caleb Summerville and Traylon Shead but did anybody see spurger beating yuga last year and then look what happend. but big sandy is getting back 3 key starters with tolar, abbey, and kowena. and losing mckinney and langley are big losses but i see foster putting tolar on summerville and i think he will do a good job guarding him and if that happens then big sandy got that game in there hands! ;)

well he is a forward most of the time but he has the speed and shooting ability of a guard. do u mean that abbey is bad as in like a bad player or bad as in like a good player

i think the best 1A guards are big sandy's melton abbey and corey tolar.

does anybody think any teams in our area have a shot at the state championship this season.

yea i dont think they will do good this year losing the whitakers and the sheffields. who does that leave them with Mcgallion and Blankenship. but you never what will happen i still think they will take the district with big sandy gone but i dont think that they will make it far in the playoffs.... ;D ;D ;D

1A-3A 1.Silsbee 2.Hardin-Jefferson 3.Big Sandy 4.Kountze 5.East Chambers 6.Newton 7.Woodville 8.Hull-Daisetta 9.Spurger 10.?????? dont know that much about silsbee and HJ but i know they are both good teams. big sandy lost 2 key starters including Geoffrey Mckinney but they do have corey tolar and melton abbey to strong upcoming seniors. Kountze had some work to do last season with the loss of cam powell, cj busby, freddie haynes, and fred boykins, and this season people is talking about bray moving to cali. so idk what will happen with them. East chambers is gonna have a tough time without tramain but i think there good enough to do it. Woodville has a really good team and people are saying George Whittaker is moving their he is a good sophomore that will do this team good. the rest i dont know that much about but hear about them so good luck all the teams for next season.
