its a common mistake lol everyone underestamates the Buna Cougars... Until play-offs. Everyone OVER-estamates them.. then they get slaughtered. every year. haha. Seems to go that way but hope to see them do good this year.

Not bad for a guy who's 5'9" and 150lbs! Nope not bad at all The funny thing is 5'9" was streching him! thats what I was thinking... not to mention 150 may be adding a couple pounds too?? The 5'9" is streching it but the 150 I would say is right...he is a stout little fella! Alright, lol i'll give him all 150 lbs. With pads I assume! ;D I would say he's about 5'7" id say closer to 5'7" 140 lbs that sounds right YEa that hits it dead on the head.

Hope to don't get Newton I did't ask the question alot of people are talking about the match up that won't happen that why I started this topic and Buna will prob get Newton in the area round I don't think so. Buna looks to go in as the higher seed from 23-2A. Newton also looks to go in as the higher seed from 22-2A. Buna, therefore would get the winner of the game between the 21-2A champ and 22-2A 3rd place team. Buna and Newton would both have to advance to the 4th round to meet this year unless something strange happens. I will say that if you advance that deep you are likely good enough to play with any team you meet there. I seriously doubt ether will advance that far.

That could be done or the kid will have to adapt and run it how it is coached. The guys are not total idiots they wouldnt set the boys in a spread if they didnt think they could run it. (JMO)

Totally agree but you have to give Buna some respect they hve earned enough to not be talked down apon every team gets a little cocky they cant help they have played less talented teams. I would like to see Buna play some better opponents also. I like to see Buna win but when they win every game by an average of 28 points it obvious the need to schedule better opponents. I would like for them to schedule teams like Kirbyville and some of the good 3A schools just to see where the stand in the mix of it all!! Dont get to far over their skill level! Maybe good 3As but not the Ville thats askin for it!!! haha

True Big Bog..I agree with you..and I do respect buna..I just dont like them much..LOL Not many people do they trash talk to much but so do many teams that dont win with class lol I am the first to talk trash when the Kats win. I am proud they won and am gonna trash talk.

Name one running back that they have went up against that has an average of over five yards per carry. Then Ill tell you. You got a defense. No offense becasue I pull for Buna week in week out but they havent really seen tuff teams. No one has really had an explosive offense against them.

Believe me these boys will come out ready to play in week ten. It will show up they have heart!!
