These are some of the best hospitals in the world. I've been there too many times to count because of various family members. They also have the advantage of learning from what didn't work in the previous hot zones. Many doctors and nurses traveled to NYC to ease the strain on their system. First hand experience and knowledge cannot be overlooked.

The last thing we need is dead bodies piled up in a city park.

I saw something about voter fraud. It was one man going into nursing homes, using patients information, and never asking who they wanted to vote for. Investigators matched up the signatures to one man. Thousands of them in one county. I suppose he was just a disposable pawn controlled by local party leader. Trickle down corruption.

District games only, district champion makes playoffs. That eliminates 2 rounds. Most people been complaining about watered down playoffs anyway. So don't let a good crisis go to waste.
