  1. Sounds like it had something to do with the "financial solicitations" mentioned in the last line.
  2. [Hidden Content] Considering they only met 1 day a week, off campus, and were competing against teams that were in a classroom setting 5 days a week. This is even more of a great accomplishment.
  3. True. But have you considered that his strings are simply being pulled by a different puppet master? One whom neither side would approve.
  4. At this point they all are
  5. [Hidden Content] Day 1 ??? Did he slip up again and give us I glimpse of the future?
  6. [Hidden Content] From the article When he was arrested, Rogers confessed to officers he is the president of the Ku Klux Klan in the state and claimed to be the highest-ranking member of the Klan that is not in prison.
  7. Now your just preaching to the choir. Your numbers are probably correct for your experience. Thanks for the info.
  8. I think it's just a money maker and a reason to initiate contact. I actually though it would be for witness protection.
  9. You have painted a beautiful picture that many of us see in our everyday lives. A coworker had the same principles in mind while raising his daughter. They didn't teach hate, or difference in skin color. About the time she was 4 or 5, she started taking dance classes from a well known and established school in our area. One day all the little girls in the class had to pair up to do something together. None of the other girls in the class wanted to pair up with her. When the instructor made one pair up with her, that little girl thru a fit like you wouldn't believe. Saying I'm not dancing with a black girl. My coworkers daughter was so upset and started crying. She didn't understand what was wrong with herself and why nobody wanted to dance with her. They picked her up and tried to expain. He said that was the hardest thing he has ever had to do. So no, they dont always learn it from the parents. But I'd bet the other little girl did. IMO it's like LGBTxyz, whatever they call it now days, they are NOT born that way. Edit... Since this is a sports site. She quit dance because of this incident and has now found a team sport, softball. She also has a family history of superb atheletes that came out of WOS. I look forward to keeping up with her success in the future.
  10. Interesting, the vehicles are exempt. If it impedes my vision, and the saftey of other drivers on the road. Are the cops not affected by the tint? What's the justification for them being above... exempt from that law? Cause they always say, "I saw you do it." With this heat down here, everybody needs tint. Certainly a peace officer, dressed in all black with 40 extra lbs of gear, working out of their vehicle should have the extra comfort of a/c freezing while they protect and serve. Please, be as comfortable as possible.
  11. I cali rolled a stop sign in my neighborhood last night. Didn't see the cop til I turned the corner. He had his illegally tinted window rolled down by the time I passed. He sure looked mad when I waved going by. Guess that was my warning. Maybe I should try the Powerball. Wait, is that even still a thing?
  12. Scene from A Bronx Tale. One of my favorite movies. It's about the early 60s in NYC, italian mafia, and young man who falls in love with a girl from the other side of town. I think we could all learn something from the message of the movie. Its not about the violence depicted above. But it is happening again. We must learn from our past, keep it close so that we don't forget. Or more people will think Hitler would be good now. I'm just thinking of other ways to promote understanding of the past and bringing people together. These arguments/discussions may be having an adverse effect.
  13. I think it'll be more than just during the anthem.

  15. I doubt it. If he gets to the front, he'll might make a big splash. Mr. @Ty Cobb has been on my radar since last September. I'll let someone else figger out why?
  16. [Hidden Content] Community-based public safety? I wonder what that will be like. Maybe like the sherriff that was planning to deputize an entire county population so they could keep their guns. If we are all law enforcement officers, who's gonna arrest who?
  17. The thought of Soros being brought to justice reminds of a bad guy in a movie having to live in a plane and never be able to land. I'm sure his ticket to the ISS has already been paid for.
  18. You are right, they have changed their tactics. No longer are they marching in white sheets. Late 30s. Also I bit of info for you... the T in PAT stands for Texas. I did get a laugh out of the transportation idea.
  19. "F u n my face" is a lil bit different. 20 years ago it wouldn't have happend for long. But I'm older, wiser and a lot slower now. Of course my career is not dependent upon my level of restraint. Also I don't have 100 cameras pointed at me. I've been to a couple anger management classes that have showed me better ways of dealing with it. I guess law enforcement is more worried about military training than peaceful resolution. You are correct about some of these protesters not being the sharpest tool in the shed.
  20. I think people committing the hate crimes don't have time to pull out their phone and live stream it. We have a well documented history of oppression that you could look at for proof. The other thing is that people are afraid to say what they really feel. In the the closet undercover racism. A smart criminal (oxymoron) isn't going to post a video of himself robbing a bank. Big brother will catch that for us. Which leads us to the media that will hammer down our throats exactly what they want us to believe. Free thinking isn't as common as common sense anymore. In a world where celebs, sports stars, and the rich and powerful are all major influencers. They lead the weak minded down a path to do their dirty work. All while keeping their hands clean and sanitized.
  21. Clearly this cop was provoked by the chants of the others. These guys should show more restraint. Good thing he didn't his finger on the trigger. What if the bite would have lasted 8 minutes 46 seconds? Would that still be cool?
  22. I was just on my soapbox. Sorry, I should have spoken more clearly. My rant wasn't pointed directly at you. More so to the ones that can't see, or don't want to see the racism that they convey. I am man enough to admit that I have some preconceived opinions based on my experience. We all must breakdown these barriers and create unity. My apologies again.
  23. The only thing I've heard about the cop was that he was uncomfortable dealing with blacks at his security job. No smoking gun evidence of him being a member of a hate group, nor posting racial slurs on social media. Maybe something set him off that morning. Maybe he found out his wife was filing for divorce. Maybe he knew floyd. Maybe he was a plant by soros and the deep state and he'll never make it to a trial? We just dont know. But I know enough about the underlying racism that is alive and well in every corner of our country. I understand why you cant see the forest for the trees. Yall been in the sticks too long
  24. [Hidden Content] Congrats to all the kids that participated.
