Trump was found guilty by unanimous votes on 34 counts of falsifying records. 11 invoices +11 checks, + 12 ledger entries = 34. The jury was unanimous in deciding it was in furtherance of a crime. That is incorrect. They had to be unanimous on all counts. They had to agree unanimously that the falsification was to hide another crime. They did not have to agree unanimously that it was particular crime. That’s the law in New York. Applied equally to all defendants committing such felonies.

I followed the court transcripts as reported. He was convicted. That is prima facie evidence that the law was broken. Talking heads make their money sowing doubt and discord, ideology aside.
