  1. Unless they’re going before the appraisal board.
  2. So, is the judge only fair when he rules fairly in a way the Orange Man likes? He can’t be deep state and impartial the same time.
  3. Again, you would not be an honest juror if you said political affiliation would not affect your consideration of the evidence. I trust that enough people take the court process seriously that a randomly selected jury pool would contain at least 12 people who could look at evidence, not personality or politics. Were I called for a Trump trial jury pool I would have to disqualify myself. And I would.
  4. [Hidden Content] Here’s one. As for firing her, he can’t hardly find a lawyer anymore who’ll work for him. He has a reputation for not listening to OR paying his lawyers.
  5. Do you know how much Trump argued it was worth for tax appraisal purposes? <$26 million. So, which one is it? 26 or 400? The aggrieved party is all the New Yorkers who paid their fair share of property taxes while the cheat dodged. Fraud. Sad. And yes, I believe enough in the system that I would not be afraid to be judged by a jury of my friends peers, regardless of political affiliation. You just showed your hand there, bud. Party affiliation would cloud your ability to judge fairly. That’s un-American.
  6. What does James Woods have to do with anything? You don’t trust Hollywood people UNLESS they hold your point of view? Western Civilization is not failing because of immigration. It’s not failing because of globalization. It’s not failing, period. Democracy is under attack from people like Putin, Orban, Un - people you think are cool, not to mention your feckless leader, who wants to be just like them.
  7. What happened with the impeachment investigation, then? All the witnesses last week admitted they had no hard evidence. Big poop show that was.
  8. Actually, his incompetent defense attorney Alina Habba missed a deadline to file for trial by jury. That resulted in a bench trial. The fraud determination by the judge was made Sept. 25 in a summary judgement. All that’s left is determining damages. Didn’t report that on FOX or Newsmax, did they?
  9. No, this is the result of 40 years of regressive policies begun during the Reagan administration. Generational, you know?
  10. Plus, you can’t prove something didn’t happen. How about you post links proving they did.
  11. NOTHING? That would imply either perfection or infallibility. Is he your Orange Jesus?
  12. No one ever had the chance to test the veracity of the Trump Organization’s financial statements until HIS super-majority appointed Supreme Court told the IRS to make them public. To have them deemed fraudulent by summary judgement is worse than bad. The curtain’s pulled completely back and yet you still don’t believe your own eyes.
  13. I say go ahead and impeach. With no evidence Republicans will actually come off as bigger fools than they already are.
  14. i.e. I covered your statement when I said “no evidence”.
  15. Naturally. Reason and sensibility have no place here.
  16. [Hidden Content] Brian Kilmead led Petro Poroshenko, the Ukrainian president who fired Shokin, right to a demolition of the “Biden bribed Shokin to help Hunter” conspiracy theory. I don’t think Kilmead got the answers he anticipated. The look on his face is priceless. No evidence. The man who fired the crook said there was no quid pro quo. Shokin was more crooked than the executives at Burisma he was investigating. Biden was practicing diplomacy. A totally alien concept to MAGA heads. Investigate all you won’t. The clown car is headed for the cliff. Can’t wait to hear the spin.
  17. Straight out of Trump’s playbook. Funny how the thing people cry loudest about is the the thing called out that they do themselves.
  18. I’m tellin’ ya’ll, he’s going down. Jeffrey Clark turns on him in Georgia, chief assistant Molly Michael slams him in documents case. You think Rudy or Meadows is going down for the Clown? The parade is just beginning, and it ain’t stopping until it winds up at a federal pen somewhere with the Orange Man filing in wearing an orange suit.
  19. That’s politics 101, dude. Both sides do the same thing. Try to find dirt, smear it on, and see how it goes. You think Republicans don’t do the same thing, you’re way naive. I don’t condone it personally, but that’s how it works.
