  1. Did you read the link, or do you consider it fake news? It names the plaintiffs and identify, one an ex Georgia state legislator.
  2. Trump knew Epstein better than he’s letting on, but guilt by association shouldn’t be assumed of anyone. Guilt is proved by evidence, and I don’t think any evidence has been presented towards anyone, including Trump, of any guilt associated with knowing Diddy or Epstein.
  3. Pray tell.
  4. They all lie. Say things they don’t deliver on and stuff like that. Problem with Cruz is he’s a sniveling back bencher. The bills he sponsors (105 in 12 years) mostly grandstand him in his quixotic quest to be President. He does nothing for us here at home in Texas. Cancun Ted. He’s always commenting snarkily on what other people say or do. He’s not known as the most hated member of the Senate for nothing. He’s kind of like Trump without the money or narcissism. In some ways his actions as a U. S. Senator are more reprehensible than Trump because Cruz doesn’t have any apparent mental or cognitive disorders. I hope Cruz loses about a hair’s breadth less than I do Trump. A vote for Allred is a vote for Texas!
  5. No, Two Republicans. Look up three or four posts and look at the link I posted.

    Kamala

No record? That is not true. In fact, it’s not even attached to reality. You may not like her record, but lord have mercy, California AG (elected) US Senator (elected) 1 term as Vice President of the United States (elected). So, she has been voted for. She replaced Joe Biden in accordance with Party rules. All convention delegates representing the votes cast in the Democratic primary moved their delegations to Harris when Biden released them. Her popularity was not in the toilet. She was VP and as such wasn’t on the radar much. It is a testimony to the Democratic campaign organization, not the media’s doing. When lies is all you got, you got no strength.
  7. I think it is reasonable to “set” the poll list 90 days before an election.. If it could be meddled with right up to Election Day, voters incorrectly removed would not have time to cure their vote and would be denied their right. I don’t think non citizens should be allowed to vote because it is against the law. Use the other 21 months between federal elections to clean the voter rolls. Why do you make such a wild assumption just because my opinion differs from yours. Traitor? Really? You need to chill, man.
  8. It’s not a Democratic talking point. It’s a fact. As for your first remark, it’s not about the relevance of the vote. It’s about the accuracy of the poll list. In a city council election decided by one vote it would count bigly. In a national election the number is statistically insignificant. Our nation has the best election system in the world, but at the same time any system always has room for improvement. As for the Pennsylvania deal, it is relevant in which county the allegation was made and who made it. I’ll bet no significant evidence of fraud is found.
  9. Not wrong. Whatever the court rules becomes right by definition. I don’t agree and personally think they ruled incorrectly but that and $1 will buy you a cup of coffee. I hope some reporting done on who lost their vote because they were “suspected” incorrectly.
  10. They voted to uphold the law as written and passed. It’ll be interesting to see how many come off the rolls. Statistically irrelevant is my guess. Even more interesting will be how many are mistakenly removed and don’t have time to restore their right before Tuesday. The law was that way for a good reason. The appeals court upheld the lower court
  11. Then Federal Law got changed by an unelected body. That’s called a Kangaroo Court.
  12. You gotta be kidding me. I can find nothing that identifies this as a legitimate news source. Go to their home page. Go to “about us”. All that’s there is a comments section of people asking who they are, among other things. The first comment on the page is in Russian, by the way. No ownership or editorial board information. Nothing. Bunch of frickin’ lemmings, whoever falls for that mess.
  13. That is a damnable lie. Two Republicans filed that suit. [Hidden Content]
  14. That’s propaganda, not a news article.
  15. So? If he’d have led responsibly it wouldn’t have been a fraction of that.
  16. I agree with Stewart. He’s a comedian. The third paragraph there is the key. Trump’s campaign screwed up. Wrong venue.
  17. If you don’t get the difference, there’s nothing left for me to say.
  18. Cuba is not a U.S. territory.
  19. I don’t get your point. There are too many parallels to ignore it.
  20. It wasn’t a joke to them. It was an insult. The “Trump team” is already saying it should have vetted the speeches. That is an admission of shoddy campaign management. It’s really going to show clearly next Tuesday.
  21. In Pennsylvania’s case, when Trump won in 2016 it was by 14,000 votes. Those 250,000+ Puerto Rican voters will have a huge impact. Look for south Florida numbers to move as well.
  22. That bill is an example of why Obstetricians will begin leaving the profession. Threat of civil and criminal action for carrying out medically necessary procedures will crater women’s healthcare. It is already doing so in Texas. The same result could be achieved without threatening providers with civil action. Womens’ health has no place being adjudicated in civil court. Never any context given by the radical right.
  23. Please look at 1:16-1:21. The Musk oX shot stoped short of the podium. What’s your point? They were also displayed with proper flag etiquette, which is more than can be said for the Trump acolytes.
