If a player makes $300k + per year, what will he be in 4 years? Having earned >$1.2 million? Maybe Baylor coaches are lying to recruits?

I have monitored it with the HeatSafe app and an electronic monitor from one of the recommended vendors. Both the app and the device have been very close (within a point or two). Looks to me that as long as you are not practicing in the middle of the day you will be able to have a relatively normal practice. It starts to drop rapidly around 4:00 pm. Keep in mind that the temperature and heat index are not the same thing. I have seen the temp at 95-98 and the WBGT well below the danger zone of 92. Yesterday the WBGT got up to 88.5.

What in Scott Suratts background makes you think he could have similar results at Huntington? Has Suratt ever been a HC at a school that was not a perennial winner? or an all time losing school? With no budget? See how that works?

Carthage was competitive long before Suratt arrived and he has done a great job of transforming a perennial winner to a perennial state champion. He also benefitted from the watering down of the classifications. Huntington has never had a single winning season in school history. There is not a single chance in hell that he would do the same at Huntington. **I suspect you are being silly at this point. I dont believe that you believe what you are saying.

There is an unlimited number of examples with coaches "winning with good players, losing with bad players". Is Bill Belichick a good coach? He seems to be struggling at NC and ultimately flamed out in NE after he lost certain players. Vidor coaching staff is one of the best. Multiple high-quality coaches. Coaching has not been the issue at Vidor.

QBs are, you might want to check on the going rates for different positions at the P4 level. And there is a big difference between the world of "La Tech" and "Baylor". One of them is in a P4 conference. Comparing La Tech with Baylor is silly and not adult conversation.
