  1. With our new DC entering his second year I expect our secondary to be a lot better against the spread than years past. I expect we might struggle stopping Newton’s run game though.
  2. Woodville will probably be in the top 10 before the seasons over. Not that it matters much. I haven’t been convinced we have state champ caliber team just yet but I think we’ll be able to compete with any 3A D1 team in region 3. Week 1 will be very interesting. Can’t wait
  3. New Waverly must have lost more to graduation than I thought. I would have picked them to win this tournament. Looks like Corrigan might be decent depending on how good they are up front.
  4. He bringing some guys from the other school with him?
  5. 1. Blacks are convicted of murders largely because blacks commit more murders. Blacks commit more murders because blacks are more likely to be involved in criminal activities. Criminal activities lead to those situations that end in murder. One of the reasons blacks are more likely to be involved in criminal activities is poverty as I’ve been trying to point out to you but you seem to think that blacks are just shittier people than the rest of humans. You also have to be aware of cases like the Cameron Terrell kid in L.A. and account incidents like those into your equation for why blacks are convicted more. 2. Your right personal choices are almost always the cause of individual outcomes. But you have to realize culture and surroundings effect personal choices especially among kids and young adults. You also have to realize poverty, hopelessness, desperation, and things like that effect culture when it’s heavy on a group of people. 3. Whenever people like you start talking about how your grandparents passed this and that down to you I think about how we started with a disadvantage due to slavery and still were able to build the community in Tulsa before it was burnt to the ground . Maybe some people’s grandparents weren’t able to pass anything down because of events like that.
  6. It was 2.7% that same year for white married couples. I agree with half the point your making which I think is family structure is part of the black community’s problem. But if your saying race doesn’t also play a part in poverty rates your kidding yourself. AA poverty rate: 25% white poverty rate: 10% AA married couple poverty rate: 6% White married couple poverty rate: 3% Any way you look at it the black poverty rate is twice as much as the white poverty rate
  7. Your quote doesn’t mention white married couples. It mentions black children (46%), Hispanic children (40%), black children born to married couples (30% which I think is actually around 13%), black married couples (9.9%), native born and naturalized whites(both identical at 9.6%), naturalized blacks (11.8%), and native born blacks(25.1%) Somehow you gathered from this information that the poverty rate between married black couples and married white couples is identical. LoL Just google white married couples poverty rate and click on the statista.com link. You’ll see the rate has been between 2.5% and 4.5% for the past 15 years.
  8. Poverty rate amongst white married couples is 3% my guy
  9. I teach all the youth I come in contact with to make good decisions. That doesn’t change the fact that impoverished communities have a sense of hopelessness and desperation which leads to a culture of criminal activity.
  10. A lot of different variables. One being the history of America
  11. Yea your definitely racist. Poverty amongst blacks is at least 2 or 3 times as high as whites in most places across the nation. It’s 6 times as high in Utah. There’s like 35 states in the U.S. where poverty is below 10% amongst whites. Maryland has the lowest poverty rate amongst blacks at 12%
  12. Less people like Baddog would help
  13. Some actions have long lasting effects
  14. There’s a deeper history behind the black/white issue.
  15. If that’s the way you choose to look at it
  16. People who walk around with hammers beating up strangers are typically on drugs or crazy. You didnt comment on rather he was being violent or not but you have a lot to say about him being supposedly doped up. It’s obvious your mind is set on disrespecting a dead man
  17. Blacks or communities surrounded by poverty? It’s real easy not to look beyond the surface.
  18. Who are the people more likely to commit these acts?
  19. I don’t know what George Floyd was because I didn’t know him personally but I have a couple questions for you. 1. Was George Floyd being violent? 2. Has anybody not taught you to respect the dead?
  20. Blacks and Asians do not hate each other. Some Asians have a bad perception of blacks being less civilized. Largely because they open businesses in some of the worst, poorest neighborhoods and in turn run into some of the worst apples of the tree. That experience sometimes influences their treatment of all black people which in turn gives some blacks a certain perception of Asians. This causes tension and disagreements, or maybe fighting sometimes but there is no hate between Blacks and Asians on a large scale no matter how many videos you can pull up of dope fiends and crazy people beating up on Asians. Those same drug users do bad things to their own family also. One of the guys from one of the links listed up top just got out for killing his own mother in 2002. Violence against innocent people is wrong no matter the race of the victim or whatever but there’s a certain group of people who is more likely to get away with these acts in America
