Thanks for the link. I watched it and the defense looked much better than I thought. Good news. However the offense looked worse. Than I thought. Good skill people, but too many dropped snaps and other miscues. Offensive line looked big, slow, and lethargic. My take is that they are going to have to improve tremendously to be able to beat BH, Crosby, and PNG. I certainly hope they do

Hopefully Nederland will score a lot of points vs PNG. Appears that there defense is weak. Gave up 31 to Lufkin who is now 1-2 and 20 to Jacksonville who has not won a game. PNG is averaging 33 a game

Well at least they won one game this season. They have no one left on the schedule they can beat. They may not score vs Huffman I guess they just have very little talent

Gave up 14 in last few minutes that is not good

Jacksonville lost to a team that is 2-0. Nederland is 0-1, so don’t look for any blow out. Be happy if we see improvement from the lurking game and get a win. Remember Lufkin gave up 70 their 1st game

I don’t know if they will dominate, but hopefully win and show improvement

The scrimmage vs PAM showed that BIG NEDS offense is still extremely weak hopefully it will improve this week

I think I said last week that Austin would cancel. They certainly need to play and see if they have improved any from last year

Brazosport will not be as well coach as lumberton, but will have better athletes. Also a long trip for L town. Unfortunately I look for the FRIENDLY RAIDERS to say art district play at 0-4

I feel for the players and coaches. They are now going to wind up with only 1 non district game because HISD won’t be available next week. Everyone in district will have 3 non district games to get ready for district and big Ned only one. It may cause them a playoff berth

I hope they are getting better, but you can’t win by giving up an average of 44 points a game. Vidor is the only team left on the schedule that will be better than Silsbee or EC. Huffman may be ok. Livingston, splendora, and LC-M pretty weak

Huntsville wins this one Bulldogs just don’t seem to have a very good offense this year. I do hope they make the playoffs. Huntsville has been pretty good the last couple of years. Hopefully a close game

He is a good person and coaches hard. He is now 27-28 at lumberton. He does a great job of getting people to play. His 1st head coaching job was Houston Scarborough who is always bad. He did about as good as you can do. Dewey I’ll was his 2nd head coaching stint and he did well because the players had some toughness. Warren had players that were very soft, slow, and used to losing. At lumberton, they are slow, soft, and have low expectations

Made the playoffs last 2 years due to being in one of the worst districts in the state. Just ask Henderson and Carthage the other playoff representatives also got destroyed in the 2nd round

Went deeper 2007 got beat in bi-district by Crosby 2008
