Timpson I believe most of there play makers are Juniors this year. So I look for them to be even stronger next year. No disrespect to Dangerfield but I don’t see them having much success moving the chains against Newtons Defense. There’s a lot of good teams in the region but Newton should be the favorite to win the region . I think Waskom has a good team this year but it does look like they took a step back from previous years.

Jasper with home field advantage. Jasper improving their play each week as the season goes on. I believe this game will come down to the wire,with every one sitting on the edge of their seats on the final tick of the fourth quarter. Good luck to both teams as a fan games like this is why I love high school football.

NW and DF will never meet in the playoffs this year unless DF looses to Harmony. I agree DF will beat Harmony. Then DF will be in Newtons bracket and lose to Newton in the Regionals before Quarter Finals. By the way I never said NW could beat DF, but I will say Newton can. I’ll also be watching to see that 40 points by halftime against Harmony. Because I didn’t see anything close to that on the DF Waskom game at half.

Newton will beat NW and be district champs. Dangerfield, Waskom, Harmony all have there own strengths. I don’t see any benefit picking one over the other to play. There pretty close to equals. Will be interesting to see how are district matches up with them this year. Hopefully Hemphill and New Waverly can pull there Weight and get first round wins.

That would be good. If there’s a tie after next week. The tied leader’s for regular season go into overtime and pick into the first week of playoffs until there’s a winner. Not a one game pick to decide the winner. I would also be okay for everyone just keeps picking through the end of playoffs and just have an overall winner. Which could end in a tie also Lol. I’m good with whatever, just glad to still be in the game. Good luck
