Shepherd 66 Coldspring 58 Final

That's a damn shame... Our team is steady declining like they are uninspired. The writing is on the wall the season is over for us. I'm more interested in Shepherd making it to the playoffs if anything now.

Yes a lot of key players graduated from that team that season... The very best season in Coldspring basketball history.

Lol you might want to check Cleveland... I know a few guys that are looking to go that way.

That's exactly what is happening. After our state championship run and after the younger Lawniczak brother graduated the team just went down hill from there.

I figured that that would happened... Not only that I've been hearing lately that the talent for at least the next several years (both football and basketball) will be very limited to say the least. But I've said this before most of the talent at least the families I know has moved to other areas outside of Coldspring (most of the talent I've seen here personally where I live in Huntsville). Then you have Shepherd taking some of our students so don't be surprised in a few years Shepherd will be the regular powerhouse around here and Coldspring will be mediocre.

I can't even fathom what was going on right now with this team or the football team.

Yes I had to go back and look again my mistake but after realizing that Crockett beat them the district this year could be up for grabs... I'm looking for to the 2nd half of district.

Maybe I need to retract my last statement I didn't realize that New Waverly lost... Things are really about to get very interesting in district so now I need to come with a new prediction.

For me I had to switch my prediction based off of the way Coldspring has been playing lately. I have it like this... 1. New Waverly 2. Tarkington or Coldspring (you can either switch the 2) 3. Refer to #2 4. Crockett or Shepherd (the Pirates has been playing well as of late and may ease into that 3rd spot) The reason why I still have the Bulldogs at #1 still is because outside of Coldspring no one has really challenged them in district and they are still undefeated and the only team in our district that can possibly go further than the others. My team on the other hand could be sitting at home for the playoffs if they don't get it together especially losing to Onalaska like that.

To my knowledge it is.

Where this one's going to be at this 2nd time? I may come there on my way back from Longview.

Exactly... I know our school rarely update the schedule or not at all.

Just don't go by it... They left the game between Coldspring and Jasper off this season and personally I've never known them to always upload a full season for a team especially during basketball season. Sometimes they do over the course of the season put you have to keep looking back and forth until they do or if you have an account then I know you can report the score yourself.

Ok because my usual source isn't at the game tonight otherwise I would have known.

Still no answer but I'm beginning to think that this game was played at 1:30 today I'm not sure but don't quote me just yet still trying to find more info.

We still play at 7:30 tonight... Thinking about going to New Waverly if work don't get in the way.

Unfortunately that team was us... We're not that great this season either but then again our district isn't either. Look for us to be the 2nd place to come out of our district as I think New Waverly will sweep us in the district twice. Tarkington will also have something to say.
