That RB/QB duo for Lindale is something else. I know when I seen Lindale, Peterson had the ball out of his hands quick. If you aren't prepared they'll have you on your heels quick like! Nephew said it was the quickest offense he's faced his two years on varsity. I don't feel so bad we were a first round exit against them now! 😅

Seems like the mantra for Vidor the last few years, to put all the athletes on the defensive side of the ball. Although, it's helped us having a decent defense, but it's ultimately hurt the offense for not complimenting it and the low scoring losses seem to back that statement up, sadly.

Congrats to the Mustangs on a great season. Sad to see your season end this way especially how unconventional this year has been this year for everyone. Having multiple players out and still able put a product on the field Friday speaks volumes to kids and coaches willing to go compete and play! 🤝
