From what lonestarfoootball.net says it's their first meeting. But don't hold my word for it. They aren't completely accurate with scores and games being updated
The only way I could see Splendora have success in the run game is if they get to the edge and get space in the flats. I doubt they have any success with draws or dives up the middle. I'll be surprised if #22 hits the century mark this game.
I believe coach Mathews has gone to Liberty Hill a few times and recently as last December (2018) to get more knowledge on the slot-t from their coaches.
After this tough loss to a really good Jasper team. I like the outlook on this team heading into district. The one that sticks out besides the fumbles, is the kicking game. Hopefully they'll get a handle on it with the bye this week.
I know Brazosports front line is pretty weak, especially when the QB runs out of the pocket. My nephew #55 ended up racking 3.5 sacks that night against the Exporters. Best chance to beat them, is have a QB spy and keep him contained.
Been a long time followers of this site, and a long time Pirate fan since 1996. But I figured I'd join in on all the fun especially since my nephew plays for the Pirates #55!
Go Pirates! Lock the gates, and give them Bulldogs 48 minutes of hell! ☠️
