Buna has a good team, they will get it right. This all part of the ebbs and flows of a high school basketball season. I will be willing to bet at the end of the year they will be at the top of that district.

Not sure if they were missing anybody, but they were 3-0 in district play before last night. I'm not sure one loss means they are going in the wrong direction.

Anahuac has a good club, they are long and athletic. I think they are one of the more underrated teams in the area.

Great question... I just heard whoever they are missing is supposed to be as good as the young man that played for them last year and is now at Lamar.

If the Indians can control the pace this one will be tight.... if the bulldogs can get out in transition it will be tough for my Indians.

Silsbee is #2 in the state for a reason, but i think it shows terrible basketball knowledge to use the liberty game as a barometer. According to maxpreps Orangefield had beaten Liberty by 50 & 30 in the other matchups.

According to someone who was at the game Orangefield led after one quarter.... and into the 2nd. Orangefield was not hitting shots either. I think people may be jumping the gun on HF being a real contender.
