Without a doubt D11 vs D12 is prime time TV! Some really good teams which could make the 3rd round in other regions will be going home in round 1.

Asking for the people, will this be streamed? Seems like all the big games are this week.

Wow, I know sometimes games get added on Tuesday and Wednesday. Really wanted to watch this one.

Is the La Porte vs Crosby game on Friday going to be streamed anywhere?

I think whoever is 3rd in District 11 has the toughest playoff path in all of Texas. Potentially the path would be A&M Consolidated at their place round 1. Then PAM would be a fun round 2. After that you most likely will be rewarded with La Porte. 4th round Angleton awaits lol. Then defending champ Smithson Valley. After all of that, you made it to state playing Aledo/Frisco Lone Star/Highland Park. Legitimately I dont think anyone outside of the top 10 in 6A could go 6-0 with that schedule.

Couple of notes: Abilene and Tascosa are going to play for the district championship. Frisco and McKinney North still play most likely for the final spot. North Mesquite and Dallas White still need to play and the winner should get the final spot. West Mesquite, Carrollton Creekview, and Carrollton Newman Smith are all 5-0 in district. District 7 is going to be really fun down the stretch! I'm only confident in Highland Park winning. Midlothian, Centennial, Red Oak, Tyler are all fighting for 3 spots. They all have their destiny in their own hands for now. Gotta win!! Cedar Park is in a interesting position, I think they could go 3-0 and win district or 0-3 and miss the playoffs if other games play out a certain way. Friendswood, Porter, and Kingwood Park all play each other. Best record from the games will get the last playoff spot. The most surprising team for me this year is Austin Anderson. Quietly 7-0 beating both College Station schools. Flour Bluff and PSJA North should be a great game for 1st place in district.

Still several weeks to go but wanted to throw this together. Rough idea how things are looking. One of the better games in 5A this week. Obviously haven't been keeping a close eye but from afar it seems like BH could be hot or cold. PAM seems to be pretty good from all accounts. Wild guess but PAM by a couple of scores.

PAM will roll. I'm more interested in another top ten ranked team. How does this one compare to the past couple of years??

But if you know there is recruiting going on and the evidence isnt hard to find, then it shouldnt be troublesome for you to gather the evidence and present it to the UIL right? North Shore got busted for recruiting. Coach got suspended for three years from UIL activities. If more people had actual evidence I'd bet the UIL would continue to hold Coaches/programs accountable. But people don't and casually throw out allegations.

I'd charity bet you $50 that every team in the region final this year is some combination of the teams listed below. Going to add Richland and New Braunfels so there are 4 teams in each region. R1- Denton Ryan, Aledo, Abilene, Richland R2- Highland Park, Lone Star, West Mesquite, Midlothian R3- La Porte, College Station, Angleton, Weiss R4- Smithson Valley, Flour Bluff, Pieper, New Braunfels

This is what I posted on the 5A board earlier today. This is not as fun but I think the regions are going to have a lot of similar teams in the running for state. Region Championship R1- Aledo vs Ryan. Only team I could see upsetting one of these teams is Abilene but even then that would be a long shot. R2- Highland Park vs Frisco Lone Star- hard to see anyone beating either of these teams, although there is a lot of solid depth. Red Oak, Midlothian, Cedar Park, Georgetown, West Mesquite, Burleson Centennial. R3- Good luck here. La Porte should make the regional final and then College Station? Angleton? Weiss? A lot depends on the bracket but this region is absolutely stacked with quality. R4- Reigning Champs Smithson Valley seem like a great pick, now just have to see the other side. Does Flour Bluff have enough? Pieper? Semifinal Denton Ryan vs Highland Park- told yall this wouldnt be as fun. Until someone beats these two in the playoffs, gonna roll with them. La Porte vs Smithson Valley- should be a very physical game. La Porte might have the best runningback in 5A. Final Highland Park vs La Porte- Hard to think HP loses back to back. Give me one of the Mount Rushmore TXHSFB programs for the win! But I will still be cheering for La Porte in this one.
