No need to overreact. It’s not “throwing shade”. Context is OK to add, especially in this case. The boy is apparently a phenom, but it actually “throws shade” at Carlson without pertinent details included, if he is no where near focused and in top form.

An amazing accomplishment, without a doubt. With that said, is was done at 3AM, unofficial, on line in computer format all the while Carlsen is trying to recover from Covid which he describes as "pretty bad". I would have to think that Carlsen was less than focused. Carlsen is literally a genius (IQ 190) but he is human too. He does not win every single game every time. For someone to displace him they would have to win "best of 11". In 2021, for example Carlsen won 7.5 to 3.5 over Ian Nepomniachtchi, which was much closer than most who face Carlsen.

Trump had our nation and our economy prosperous and secure just 1.5 years ago. I say this even though Trump was no where near my first choice as a candidate. Now, since Big Tech and the hard left media manipulated the election to place Biden in as president, the nation and the now the whole world has gone to HELL. Thanks Dims.

Area - Barbers Hill vs. Foster/Foster wins
Separation Scientist replied to Bobcat1's topic in High School Girls Basketball
And Foster was not that good either. Above average at best. BH missed at least 5 open layups and threw the ball away more times than I could count. Scoring just 24 points? Wow. -
Sulphur Springs…/Faircloth hired

Those were your words, in a thread he was loudly in. He might be your friend but be real, he is the Crosby mouth that rambles and roars. The other Crosby posters at least have some class about themselves. Even his friend coach bear (or whatever) admits he tries to rattle people. His 24/7/365 obsession with me is flat out SAD. Tired of his eternal racial moaning too. The chip on his shoulder is bigger than Texas. It’s laughable he just told Aledo “he don’t talk about race”. Did you notice that? Unbelievable! -

I feel free, pretty much everything you said is a lie. 1) I was addressing the Aledo guy, not you. Notice I even quoted him. You don't own this website. It not all about you. 2) "Interjecting??" Seriously? This is an open forum. Anyone can speak up. How many times have you "Interjected" through the years here? You are the worst hijacker on this board. "Crosby" shows up in almost every thread. Aggie said 'Why does every thread turn into a Crosby pissing contest?" Remember that? 3) I said "Mont Belvieu", not BH specifically. Fact is MB is growing fast, due to an attractive quality of life, just like Aledo is. Families want in. 4) "Knows nothing??" I do know about Aledo. I have a friend there. Been there several times. Seen their team numerous times. 5) Pretty much anyone from MB who wanted to live in Houston could do so. Simple fact is, no one here does. You can't change that -
I remember him. Kind of got a raw deal at OU in my opinion, then transferred to Sam. I saw him play once.

I don't think the gym had any influence on the outcome. Just saying. -

3AD1 district 11... 3A District of doom
Separation Scientist replied to lionpride08's topic in High School Football
I remember you. You scored 4 touch downs in one game, and you faced off with "Spare Tire" in the foyer of the old high school to settle it once and for all. -

That's what we experience in Mont Belvieu. The quality of life, safety, and academics are all attractions to families who seek to move in. Sure there is "more stuff" in Houston (like Arlington), but it would be very, very difficult to find anyone in Mont Belvieu that really wants to move into Houston. -

Lumberton has gone VIRAL
Separation Scientist replied to underdog15's topic in High School Boys Basketball
I don't know why people are whining so much about this. I guess Lumberton is one of those schools/ teams/ communities some people just want to hate on. I remember "LumbetonOldTimer" saying last football season "Some people just aren't happy unless Lumberton is losing". (I feel ya, man). I watch NCAA BB. If I recall, SMU in the late 80's? did a crazy stall, and it worked for them for a while. Bottom line, if its clearly WITHIN the rules, everyone should just deal with it and stop crying. If you really want to address competitive manipulation, address all the transfers, and schools like Faith & Family. -

One thing is clear: We HAVE to outlaw the Slot-T in football. How DARE a team use an unconventional strategy! -

Wow what a "First World" problem to have! Lumberton basketball style-of-play has become an international crisis, I am sure NATO and the UN are in emergency session... how, OH HOW will humanity go on! -
BMT UNITED HOST BARBERS HILL
Separation Scientist replied to JustUs's topic in High School Girls Basketball
Zero Karma. BU lost on a buzzer beater and was butt hurt, then the "we wuz robbed" mentality took hold. Even one of your own fans admitted your one star player had no help in that game and she alone could not win it all by herself. Officiating was irrelevant in that game. It was not perfect at all but it was unbiased. Last night was not "Karma". It was a level joke. -
BMT UNITED HOST BARBERS HILL

To the point of being comical. It was beyond embarrassing for that crew. Ugly night in Beaumont, on several levels. That's all I am going to say. Time to move on to the playoffs. -
2022 District Predictions
Separation Scientist replied to Cougar14.2's topic in High School Football
Just an outsider asking a question, Is the administration not capable of making a decision on their own? AFAIK, no one else in Texas hires outside help for $20K just to help them think and decide. I still believe this is $20K the PNG powers spent just to deflect and insulate themselves from responsibility incase a new coach does not pan out as expected. "Hey don't blame us, we just did what TD told us!"
