  1. Thanks, I appreciate that. I do appreciate you and the poster Reagan seeing the reality of the Danher - Calallen story. Its pretty obvious the 4A and 5A football strength in Reg 4 is indeed lesser than Reg 2 and 3, a cursory glance of who played in the Semis and Finals over the past 20 years clearly confirms it. No doubt this fact will set Scientist Hater 14.2 off once again. I don't take the little guys rage personal though. He will disagree with everything I say, whatever it is. If I say "Water is wet", Scientist Hater 14.2 will scream "NO you are wrong, Its an absence of dryness you idiot". Sad to see someone make such a spectacle of himself. Oh well, LOL.
  2. You use BH as an example because you're obsessed with BH 24/7/365, and you hate BH, and BH posters (particularly me) with a passion.
  3. Well, that didn't take long. If the Scientist says "the sun rises in the east" you would ramble and argue against me. Sigh, your antics are old news, and just tiresome, I just don't care... BTW that was really cool throwing in the jab about "BH would be mauled" though. It confirms BH is still in your head 24/7/365, the obsession you can NEVER overcome. LOL.
  4. Yes! Some coaches here are credited with wins because of "their coaching" when they have the talent, but if they struggle THEN its about the kids. Funny how that works.
  5. Uh, not exactly. The RGV teams are almost 100% Hispanic. Calallen is 40% white. He HAS to compete with Austin, Houston, Dallas if he wants to advance in the playoffs! Calallen aspires to do more than just beat up on the weak RGV.
  6. Thanks man. I am always a bit concerned when I post something like this, because someone might accuse me of criticizing or having an axe to grind or something like that, which I do not! I am glad you too see there is more to the Calallen - Danaher story. Coaches should be evaluated how they do with the talent they have at hand, and the level of competition they face. People really need to take the relative view for the most accurate assessment.
  7. Calallen at the "Pinnacle"? Last year they won 1 playoff game (Zapata, who ever that is), year before they went two rounds, Grulla (who ever that is) and Canyon Lake. Danaher and Calallen has had a very easy glide path though their district, and at least through the first round or two. They can rack up a ton of wins but then they soon go out when the competition is real. Put Danaher and Calallen in region 2 or 3 and those 40 years would look different. Still good but much different.
  8. Its not. The thing about Calallen is not their demographics, but the demographics of their Region 4 competition. Danaher and Calallen has had a very easy glide path though their district, and at least through the first round or two. They can rack up a ton of wins but then they soon go out when the competition is more real. Put Danaher and Calallen in region 2 or 3 and it would look different.
  9. Biden is beyond hope right now, its dementia induced rage getting out, screaming profanities at reporters. Nursing home escapee.
  10. Beat me to it. It amazes me how the Me Too people support this pathetic old pervert.
  11. Thanks, but I left out Bidens bare shelves at food stores and WalMart, empty car dealership lots, smash and grab looting in major cities, and totally out of control Federal spending that has ballooned the National Debt to stratospheric levels. I would take Trump back in a heartbeat, or for that matter, pick any random American to run the country. Biden is WRECKING America.
  12. A year ago this nation had robust economic growth, gas was cheap, the borders secure, no inflation, Law and Order mattered, and Covid was on the decline. A year later, nothing but one crisis and disaster after another. Inflation eating us alive, massive invasion over a non existent border by illegal immigrants, Covid soaring, Afghanistan disaster, Putin about to invade and destroy the Ukraine, Cops getting shot down in the streets, domestic terrorists mowing down the children and elderly in Christmas parades, stock market crashing, mass exodus out of blue cities and states, and a senile "President" that can't string together more than three coherent words who is nothing more than a puppet of his Marxist/Communist handlers. What a sad, horrible, tragic year of America. Now, America is seeing this disaster, and even the libs and dims are turning on him: [Hidden Content]
  13. Got to agree with that. With them its never done 'til its really done. Curveballs always happen.
  14. I don't know why you say that. You really think I just made that up? A fairytell? Seriously? No one is pointing at your grandparents. What I am doing is contrasting the privileged poor of today that gang bangs and commits the vast majority of crimes then uses "poverty" as an excuse, to the preceding generations that were FAR poorer than the poor of today, but were solid, law abiding citizens. The world has changed. Fathers are mostly absent and the welfare generation is running wild. Over the past year many cities have became war zones. Its not mostly isolated to Chicago, NY, and LA anymore. Sad days for whats left of America.
  15. Both sets of my grandparents came from Louisiana to Beaumont a century ago. My Dads dad was gassed by the Germans in WWI. He barely survived, but his lungs were severely burnt up, and could not do much more that get out of a chair to walk across the room. He had 8 kids and never worked again. Moms dad suffered from heart failure and repetitive hernias. He tried to run a filling station, but never made much money at all. Mom was one of 5 kids. Both my parents were "depression era" kids, and survived by planting gardens, making their own cloths, and eschewing real medical care. The babies were born at home, not in hospitals. I grew up in a tiny home without air conditioning. Dad worked hard, but it took time to build things up because him and Mom had to start from literally nothing. My grandparents were beyond poor. They nearly starved during the depression. However, they, and my parents, were devout Christians who never, ever even thought about using poverty as an excuse for committing killings, drug abuse and other crimes like the "poor" do today. I fully reject "poverty" as an excuse for crime. The breakdown of the nuclear family and the associated immorality lifestyles are to blame.
  16. Ah, its not so bad. Rumors and speculation (within reason) drive interest in this forum.
  17. Before the election, teary eyed Dims were ranting on air telling our state controlled media that EVERY SINGLE Covid case and death "was Trumps fault". Now, Biden has let in about ~2 million illegal immigrants, about 300,000 came in sick and spreading Covid, and the state media won't blame Biden for anything, although there are now more Covid deaths under Biden than Trump.
