as I said above there times when a team is not pro efficient enough to win a game regardless of what schemes are used.. as far as their(vidor) last 3 games go they were all vs bottom of the well dwellers.

sadly, Vidor just isn't proficient enough to beat Kilgore regardless what type of offense or defense either team uses.

they practice daily against the run.

my friend do you know Kilgore runs the ball about 80 % of the time? point being their defense is well versed in stopping run type offenses.

it was not likely but was possible. one of the best games ever SouthEastTexas had a 3-0 final score. no it's not the one that most of you think. the one I am talking about happened on 10/8/1982. it ended a then state record losing streak. so happens I was there watching my older brother play for kirbyville as they lost to kountze 3-0 on a turnover led to kountze kicking a field goal with bout 6 or 7 seconds left in game. made the headline on every type of news around. to this day I give Mike(my bro) hell about it. lol

trust me I really like CC. that said as jasper fans the mere thought of (whether we are one and done or not) finishing behind Shepherd or Tarkington with no playoffs taste absolutely horrible. lol. this will be the 81st time we have played the striped cats. (for me it is weird not playing the last game of regular season). the days of the early 80s what a blessing! Damn Willowridge and that future HOF er. GO DAWGS GO!
