1. Congrats to the Sun Devils.  Can someone give us the roster?  Would like to see which area kids play on this team.
2.
A lady fell from one deck to another the first year (I think) "The Ballpark @ Arlington" opened. Seems like it wouldn't hurt to raise the railings a bit.
I thought the same but after last year's accident it was said that the railings at the ball park are actually 6 inches higher than regulation.
3. Tim Erickson was the pitching coach at HJ last year.

5. Game 6 ends with the astros winning 7-0.  The Silver Boot series ends 4-2 in favor of the TEXAS RANGERS.
6. I hate to 2nd guess coaches/managers, but even Ian Kinsler, during his post game interview, said he was surprised to see Lee running on the pitch.
7. 21-3A Todd Trawhon takes over at Orangefield. Tim Erickson takes over at Hardin-Jefferson. Shea Landry takes over at West Orange Stark.
8. The RANGERS win game 5, 3-2, and win the Silver Boot for the 5th straight year!!!
9. TEXAS takes game 4 by a score of 7-3.
10. If Coach Huckaby is looking for a coach with discipline, then Coach Trawhon will be a great fit.  I don't know anything about Coach Bennett's philosophy but I can promise you that there will be discipline, expectations, and the players will be held accountable under Coach Trawhon.
11. Use aluminum whenever possible.  They last longer than wood bats.
12. The series resume's tonight at minute maid.
13. Congrats Coach.  It's nice to have you back in the game!!!
14. After the 3 games in ARLINGTON the RANGERS lead the series 2 games to 1.
15. Pretty good game last night.  Mitch Moreland hit a walk off HR in the 11th to win it for the RANGERS!!!
16. I bet lebron didn't see this coming when he made his "decision".  I love it, he's getting exactly what he deserves.  There have been thousands of free agents signed over the years in all sports, but no one has made it into a joke the way lebron did.  I don't see the big 3 dancing and making predicitons now.  ;D
17. The last update that I got had Cameron up 6-1 in the middle of the 4th.
18.
I thought i was watching the Cleveland vs. Boston game from last year. LeBron flat out QUIT! period. He can't handle the pressure of a big game.
lebron isn't mentally tough enough, which is why he should never be in the same sentence as Jordan!!!
19. This isn't even close.  Michael Jordan any day.
20. Congratulations and good luck to the fighting CAMERON YOEMEN!!!
21. This had to be a wonderful, emotional lift for this young man and his family.  I very proud to call myself a TEXAS RANGERS fan!!!
22. The RANGERS complete the sweep of the cleveland indians with 2-0 victory.  C.J. Wilson pitched 7.2 innings of shutout ball.  Darren Olivier came in to get the last out of the 8 and Neftali Feliz finished them off in the 9th.
23. Derek Holland threw a complete game, 5 hit, shutout to help the RANGERS beat the indians 4-0.  That's the 3rd game in a row that TEXAS has beat the American League leading cleveland indians.
24. Anyone else tired of hearing the crying about Buster Bosey's broken leg?  He was run over at the plate.  The play is 100% legal.  This kind of play has been going on long before he was even born.  I don't want to see anyone injured, but enough is enough.
25.

The astros packed the house every night 5 years ago. While the Rangers were the young team that didn't win many games and only had 20K. It fluctuates so much based on winning. (Unless your Tampa, then no one comes even if you win.)
Neither team has good fans.. Cubs, RedSox, etc... Have great fans year in year out.
I disagree with the comment on the Cubs having good fans.  In my opinion the Cubs do not have good baseball fans.  What the Cubs have is a historic stadium with a wonderful surrounding cast.  That surrounding cast happens to be the numerous amount of bars that cirlce Wrigley Field.  I'm not sure how many people on this site have had the opportunity to attend a game at Wrigley Field, but if you have I think you will agree with me.  50% of the fans at Wrigley are there for the game, the other 50% are there just to say they were.  Games at Wrigley are more of a social event, or a status symbol, than they are a baseball game.  I had the opportunity to go in 2005 and had a blast.  I went with someone that lives in Chicago and he told me that it isn't about the game.  Being a baseball fan, that was hard for me to believe.  Once I got to the game I realized that he was correct.  I spent over 100 dollars a ticket for myself, my brother, and our host, and was surrounded by people that couldn't name half of the starting line-up.  When I asked them why they attend games they told me because that was the thing to do.  Don't get me wrong, there are some very good fans in Chicago.  I just think it's half and half when it comes to true baseball fans.
