The rules of the nfl are terrible. The refs have no clue what or which rules to follow. Something had to change. The official, talking I the broncos game said a punt return is just like a catch. The returner/ WR must have total control through out the process. The fumble was over turned in the broncos game but the catch was taken away in the COWBOYS game. This is awful
