All of a sudden we capture of a highly-visible suspect in the 2012 Benghazi terror attack, just when obama desperately needs a foreign policy victory.  I'm speaking of the capture of Ahmed Abu Khattala, a Libyan suspected of orchestrating the September 2012 attack on U.S. diplomats in Benghazi that resulted in the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. Amazing timing here that they have found a militia leader of the Benghazi attack and they’ve arrested him.  But, Khattala has hardly been in hiding.  He's been speaking to journalist and moving about many Benghazi hotels, Fox News reported.   Also, that the U.S. government has been monitoring Khattala for some time.  Again -- amazing timing! Now all of a sudden we’ve got the militia leader.  But -- I thought it was a video that caused all the protest?!   It's also amazing, now, how everyone is silent on that.  The sycophantic, lap-dog media is bragging about the capture but nothing about the video that they reported fawningly as the truth.  How fortunate obama gets a headline using the U.S. military when he really needs one! So, maybe there is hope after all.  Maybe FBI special forces will capture Lois Lerner’s missing emails. Of course that’s not a headline obama wants, so that’s probably not going to happen!!    ;)  

It's amazing how the left here hasn't dealt with the article or what Clintonista had to say about Saddam's WMD's.  Why?  I guess it shows that the left lied about Bush concerning this.  But -- they are just following their lying leader!     ;)

Sure they will appeal.  Sure they will win.  But, there's a bigger picture here.  Let's make it personal: What if the federal government eliminated your private property rights due to the interpretation of political correctness by five people, or a very tiny minority of people. What if these people are offended by something that you own?  So, here comes an agency of the federal government, without any court order, and they decide to eliminate your private property rights because of political correctness, and because they're liberals.  Would this be OK with you?!

Maybe this is another case of obama learning what the Patent office did against the Redskins on the news!      ;)

Since you are young and learning, I have a question for you:  While in high school were you taught the Constitution?  How about in college?   Were you told about the Federalist Papers?   If you weren't -- I suggest you read every word of the Constitution.  And supplement this reading with the reading of the Federalist Papers.   But, if you already have, then great.  But, if you haven't, you should.  You'll then understand were we are coming from being constitutionalist.  And it's not about hate for individuals.  It's about hate for their policies and disregard for the law of the land as outlined by our Constitution.

Do you honestly think the United States Patent and Trademark Office acted on its own?  They just didn't wake up one day and all of a sudden get offended.  You can lay this at feet of obama.  He's in charge, isn't he?   It's about obama denying personal property rights without due process.  What, do you think this is something that obama wouldn't jump all over.  This is something he can strike back at that has been part of America.

Yes, if the government socializes one's excess, then why should anyone continue working hard?  To keep giving it to people that has not earned it?  Connect the dots!!

So, if you are for mandatory drug testing for anyone that receives taxpayer money, then one is an uninformed individual?  There should be NO stipulations and exceptions.   People in private industry are drug tested.   If you are on any form of welfare, you should be drug tested.  It is my understanding that when Florida went to drug testing for welfare, the welfare roles dropped tremendously.  Imagine that! 

You are right!  Since when is it being a radical or hateful to want to abide the Constitution, which is the law of the land? 

Tough love maybe.  If they get refused a welfare check because of drugs, then maybe they'll start taking responsibility for their life and their children.  It's all about personal responsibility.  I take care of my family, and you take care of yours.  That's how it's supposed to work!

BigGirl, the dirty little secret is that the government debt is more like over 100 Trillion in unfunded liabilities.  The question is, how do we pay it off?  And can we pay it off?

Did obama have them read the terrorist his Miranda rights?  If so, that will tell if this is a smoke screen.  If he doesn't, then maybe he's serious.
