Lumberton by a couple/few TD's.... Watched Vidor play both teams and Lumberton was by FAR the better of the 2. Lumberton has multiple guys that can take it to the house on any given play. Their DL and OL are big and physical and will the control the line of scrimmage. LCM has #7 (Mr. Everything), QB can make a play of 2 but not a guy you game plan around, WR's are only as good as the QB throwing to them. Defensively, lcm did not show much in the way of stopping Vidor's run game....and DO NOT sleep on Lumberton running the ball with "The Bus"

Next thing that needs to happen is lcm needs to get every single football player 9-12 and show up at the next lumberton sporting event…volleyball, football, chess, whatever

Nothing new…lumberton spray painted LR in blue and red on Vidors field house in the late 90s. Lot of good it did, Vidor beat lumberton in lumberton lol.

I do miss when the Homecoming court would drive around the track in cars, the field was hand painted... the good'ol days! It was an honor to be nominated and win homecoming court. Doesn't feel as prestigious of an award these days. But then again, we weren't a bunch of idiots... well for the most part lol

Kids and everyone involved do an amazing job and have for many, many years. Good ol' Clay Walker singing the National Anthem, lights out, fireworks, Slavonic, band and twirlers using LED lights.... and Karen-melonhead wants to complain.... dude is trash!

Come 10/10:30p tonight, we'll know a lot about both teams. Keys to success.... win the clock, force a turnover or 2, play assignment football (secondary) and penalties to a minimum. If Vidor can do that (and they have been trending in that direction) then Vidor wins.

First year in 4A was ‘96 football year. Went 5-5. Won all homes (Silsbee, New Caney with Adam Dunn, WOS, Lincoln, Lumberton, and lost 5 on the road (BC, Ned, PNG, LCM, Humble)

Perspective 😂🤣😂🤣 Perspective is that… LCM is tied for last place and without #7, lcm has nothing but a coach that caught lightening in a bottle twice.

First and foremost, is an education then comes sports. I'd expect a coach to be competitive, teach leadership, discipline, and how to function as a team. I'm not one who lives and dies by the outcome of a high school game. Does is suck to lose, of course but a high school game will not define the life and career of most student athletes. All I ask for is for mine to give 100%, leave it all out on the field, and to walk away with a little knowledge that he can take with him through life.
