Are you the same guy that said Woodville would be Kountze by 30? You turned out to be wrong on that. I said it was a one possession game and I was right.  I hope you don't hit the casinos.

But Dre is a good dude & should bring a lot of excitement into the program, however he’s already been told by Ron Jackson that he can’t get rid of the entire staff apparently because the current coaches have family, kids & homes in the Beaumont.
 

He can only bring in coordinators, which makes zero sense. He’s definitely fighting an uphill battle because the admin is clueless as to what it takes to have a success athletics/football program. Also he’s going to be hard pressed to find good quality coaches to come from Austin, SA, Houston etc to come take pay cuts in Beaumont. 

You hit the nail on head! They only care about basketball and how can we do things on the cheap! Emphasize the cheap!

They don't win on a consistent basis. In the 6A district West Brook just got out of, the middle schools had better weight rooms! Every team also had turf practice fields, which are a helluva better to practice on when it rains. Also, teams that have indoor facilities have a major advantage. When it rains, they can have a regular practice. They don' have to use a gym, where you have a quarter of the space and you can't hit. Yeah, facilities matter!
