if Longview finished games how they start them, we would’ve been lucky to make the playoffs this year. I just hope it doesn’t bite us at some point.

Longview starts off slow every single game lol we trailed early in probably 90% of our games this year. That early TD by PAM didn’t stress me out at all

I think this game will go a lot like 90% of Longviews games have went this season. teams always give Longview their best shot on their first 2-3 drives and Longview often finds themselves down a possession early but once the coaching staff figures you out… well lol

Allen has proven all season that he can make throws against defenses that are better than what that was that y’all had. he doesn’t have an 18:3 TD-INT ratio because he can’t throw. we are a run first team & we can pass decently when needed when it’s not 30 degrees and pouring outside. Allen has managed the game just about perfectly all year and that’s honestly all we need him to do. we’ve never been a team that throws for 300+ a game and as long as king is the coach we never will be. quit finding reasons to discredit Longview & enjoy basketball & the rest of the playoffs.

Outside of 2 drives y’all have been stuffed. all 3 and outs except the drive before the half which resulted in nothing.

and we all know what coming on the kick off outta the half. might as well not even drop anyone back.

take away the botched onside kick & its probably 35-7 but I’ll take leading by 13 at the half any day considering how sloppy we played to open this game.

I’ll tell you now, it all has to do with size. if Jeremiah rougley & xaryus shepherd were both bigger they’d have just about every offer in the country. That’s always the thing with Longview. I’ll put our athletes up against anyone. They don’t get the same recognition as others because we’re usually an undersized team.

Mobile quarterbacks tend to give us fits. They have for years for some reason. but with that being said, i don’t even think we’ve allowed 100 rushing yards in a game this season. If Crosby can muster 200 on us, they deserve to win it.
